Now I understand why my husband only buys Chevy Silverado Trucks. My husband and I have a 2023 Ford e350 C RV ford chassis, my husband took it in to check for an undercarriage corrosion since it’s under a 5 year unlimited miles warranty. We spoke to Zavala his attitude was not to friendly, I knew with his attitude I sensed nothing was going to be done, and sure enough he stated that it will be not be fixed and denied per Ford Corporate, we will be following up with Ford Corporate. Why have a warranty if they won’t honor it, next step they should file a grievance by them with ford Corporate , I’ve been watching YouTube channels and it is a problem with ford trucks undercarriages corrosion, this guys new Ford truck had 3,000 miles and has corrosion underneath his truck, and he was denied also by Ford Corporate , if I could give it a zero I would

Had an interesting situation the other night. The plastic bushing on my transmission cable broke and I was stranded at the local gas station. Come to find out after researching the problem, identified as 2 plastic bushings once I got at the transmission cable. Long story short, I went to the dealership at 7am hoping to just get the 2 plastic pieces to install it myself since I had the airf filter box and things already removed. Was informed since it was a recall, they could not just give me the parts as it had to be done by their staff. I was resolved to the fact I was going to just have to pay cash for the parts and go do it myself. Service Advisor really stepped up ,JOSE ZAVALA arranged a ride for me back to my car, sent out the field service techs to my location where the vehicle was, and they installed the part for me. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

Our transmission went out on our 2000 mile Bronco just outside of Yuma. They had a tow truck to us, towed to dealership and in a loaner back on our way to San Diego all within an hour. Something that could have been really crappy turned out ok. They made the repairs and all is good again. Thanks Alexander Ford.

I been taking my car there for a few years now I think its great service. Francisco is always nice and answers all questions about my car. Jorge- service dept. driver was very nice and courteous when driving me back to my destination

We love Bill Alexander Ford. Used to go to San Diego Whitt Lincoln but it changed ownership Seduno and and they really suck. Been using Alexander Ford since. They also gave us military discount. I live in the Imperial valley. A few months back my check engine light came on. We had it towed to the dealership. Ended up with a
new engine cover by extended warranty.

Went in for my extended warranty on a TCM and my vehicle qualifies because it passes the 10 year mark. They held it for an entire day and didn't say a single thing and I had to call the next morning to find because the code they pulled up didn't indicate anything wrong that they wouldn't do it and were very eager to offer me to fix my transmission for $3,200, the vehicle isn't even worth 1k, why would anyone do that? Also there are more fixes than just taking out the forks but of course they will go with most expensive option.
I have a scanner of my own and pulled 3 codes that all can relate to the failure of a TCM. They said that maybe the codes were cleared and so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but once I went to pick it up I immediately scanned it and pulled the same 3 codes that relate to a TCM failure.
Called them and they said that their scanner does a super deep scan, well apparently not. Tried claiming that my scanner would pull faulty codes through the TCM, which is false because it's never done that before until I started having issues with the TCM. ANYTHING MY SCANNER PICKS UP, AN IDS SHOULD HAVE NO ISSUE SCANNING. They are full of it with excuses and lies and simply do not want to do the warranty work.
I don't think the service manager believed any of the words that came out his mouth. Gave nothing but empty reasons and excuses.
Will be talking this further up the chain of command because it should not be this difficult to use my warranty that my vehicle qualifies for.

Administrative, financial, mechanical issues is all I receive from ford, every single time I go there, 100% of the time. 1) called on 3 Jun to cancel 4 Jun valet and they had no record of it. I (re) scheduled for the 5th. They showed up to pick up my truck at 0830 on 4 Jun.
2) they showed up at 0830 on 5 jun to pick up my truck. They also showed up again @ 0945 to pick up my truck.
3) I had my AC system flushed 20000 miles ago. It’s required once every 90-100000 miles. they said the fluid was filthy and they know cuz they checked. They could not have checked cuz if they did they would’ve realized the fluids are only 15-20% used (aka 80-85% life left) Hahahah

5) I rate a rental car for the work they do. They didn’t have any so instead of telling me that, they dodged the question for 3 questions until I raised my voice.
6) they failed to reassemble my truck.
7) I bright my truck back down and talked with Rick Munoz and he filled my tank up with gas and reassembled my truck. Unless you regularly bring things you value to organizations that disrespect you and your belongings, find somewhere else to go. You will leave being duped, 100% of the time.
I understand people Make mistakes —I get that, nobody is perfect. But Alexander ford is neglectful in order to make as many minor and large mistakes as they do, so after the first 5 issues listed above, I can’t consider their shortcomings are due to anything besides neglect and incompetence as far as they have proven to me 100% of the time I’ve done business with them.
I added pictures of the engine cover ford failed to reinstall (left it in the bed of my truck). Also, they were repairing recalls, something as simple as that, and still couldn’t get it right. Smh. Run for the hills

Had a very professional start with Sales Director Jose Teofilo Guerrero. As a customer I requested to purchase 2021 Ford Explorer through Ford Credit which my wife and I currently are leasing. Finance Officer name unknown came into the picture. Tried to explain the numbers to us but made no sense. I asked one last time if he would run it through Ford Credit and Finance officer rudely said NO I'M NOT DOING IT with an attitude. Our thoughts were paying this car local and purchasing a new one local as well but I think I will be taking my business elsewhere. Leslie and Luis Arellano. I will make sure to express my experiences with my colleagues and family members.
