The first associate I encountered was extremely polite and cordial. The second associate to help me with my phone wasn't so great. Maybe he was having a bad day I don't know.

Terrible Geek Squad home repair for my Dryer. No contact, Canceled my appointment mulitple times during the holiday. Had to wait over 10 days for no one to show up for the appointment. The call center states they are waiting for parts. What parts? no one has even seen my dryer! I had to call another service to come and spend a couple hundred dollars to find out that my moister sensor had stuff on it and needed clean. Now I know how to clean the sensor but no thanks to Geek Squad. I would never buy their protection again. Terrible service!
