Best Buy is a trusted electronic supplier for us. It can take time to find the right staff member with product knowledge to help. We enjoy the 30 day return policy. They pretty much dominate the market on price. Good parking. Busy during peak hours

Two products went on sale after I purchased, the store clerk said no price match unless you buy a protection package. Called and it took 5 minutes to get the match. Manager needs training
