Very disappointed 75 dlls a month for slow/poor internet service. There's outages at least once a week. Everytime I call tech support they say the same thing and never fix anything. Or they fix it and then next week is the same thing. It's ridiculous! Moving to spectrum asap

Switching to Spectrum on Wednesday, would not recommend I upgraded to 500 mbps still the same, to pricy to slow doesn’t download my movies and games quick enough, always having issues just don’t waste your time and money. Spectrum here I come ??

If you have to use beamspeed, get an app called easy tether on your phone! You can connect your phone to computer for internet thats better!

Terrible. It's unstable and unreliable. I just called customer service and I believe the agents name was Adrian, he just said they had a problem in my area and didn't know when it was getting fixed. Just like that, they don't know

The worst ISP I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Connection is OK when it works, but that doesn't happen very often. Usually its slow and unstable. It takes forever to get in touch with technical support, which you will need often. I'm not sure if the good reviews are paid or just severe cases of Stockholm Syndrome.

Visiting family, cannot believe they can go days without wifi being fixed for school use at home. Apparently it's a recurring issue of slowed speed or outages every few weeks.

Two days ago my computer slowed way down, my phone wouldn't open certain programs and my TV stopped streaming. I did everything I could do with the streaming service and it kept saying my internet connection was bad. Yesterday I talked to beam speed and they said there was nothing wrong with their connections. Today I called them and told them that both my phone and my television were saying that it was the internet connection. They checked it and said oh yeah there's a problem and we'll have a technician come out 3 days from now. So I go six days with no TV, very little computer and marginal telephone. Do they care? I don't think so.

I pay $75 a month for 25mb connection that I don't get at all. I've been having issues for 2 weeks now and at first they blamed my router. I reconfigured my router multiple times still same issues. So I decided to directly connect my PC to their modem. Still having the same issues. All they do is reset the modem and tell you its fine now. That works for 5 minutes and the connection drops out again. Now they say it will be 2 more weeks before they can send someone out. That's a whole month of paying for internet that doesn't work.... YEAH DONT GET INTERNET FROM THEM!!!

Current Beamspeed customer and I am more than happy to say the least, especially now since they have been moving fast to install fiber where I live. Big thanks to Cruz for keeping me updated with the process.

BEAMSPEED is the worst internet ever. Whether its Cloudy, sunny, or windy, it's very much like dial-up most days. When it's working, it's half decent enough. When it's down, it's down for hours. I email every time and got a response from Beamspeed once telling me to reset the modem. Hahaaa duhhh!! It's down again today going on 12 hours! We work from home most days, so this is not good. I guess it's 500.00 for Elons Starlink. I'd recommend NOT using this Beamspeed service if you can avoid it. We can't. Hughes is the only other internet provider where we are and who knows about that as well. I recommend NOT moving to Yuma period. Life here is like living in Mexico, where everything is half of what was available in the 90s!
