We have been long-time loyal customers of AutoZone. Like 15+ years, but the last 2-3 years their customer service has been going down hill. Two years ago we received the wrong caliper and had to exchange it after taking the whole thing apart and putting back together. So the caliper on the other side went out about 6 months ago. It is starting to stick and so we went in to get a replacement under warranty. We mentioned when we ordered to please make sure it was the correct one because of our previous experience. Well, got home, got the whole thing taken apart and it’s the wrong one. Now they have to order another part and it won’t be in until tomorrow. We only have one car right now and so we have to put the whole thing back together again, and thank goodness it’s drivable, or we would have to miss work! I told the woman to please order a replacement but this has happened multiple times and we won’t be shopping there again and her reply was, “That’s ok.” No apology, nothing! I’m done!

Store was clean. Went in for a battery was helped out by a handsome man by the name of Drake, he offered to put my battery in for me which was super sweet. I don’t know a lot about vehicles, but this man had a way with words. Honestly, I’d mess my car up on purpose just to have an excuse to go back.

Been treated pretty poorly most times I go in, such as being told I'm not smart enough to understand the codes from the ECU, but last time I bought a motor mount over the phone, (it wasn't special order, they had it in stock) and I got there and it was a junk part. They wouldn't let me get a refund, only offered to order another of their junk, and I needed the car fixed that day. I installed the part anyway but sure enough it's already toast just a few months later.
