Best car wash in America, and I've been to alot of em. Their attention to detail and friendliness are unmatched. There's a couple negative reviews, disregard them. They probably f'ed around and fo, these people are the nicest and realest, just don't come with disrespect and they'll treat you and your ride like their own families. Love y'all, Black Betty

It took Romeos 87 minutes to wash my car, and I had to leave before it was even completed. I've never seen more employees standing around before. I recommend you stay away from this place unless you enjoy wasting your own time. Stay away from this place I can't even begin to explain how bad this place is.

Subpar at best. I have been to Romeos multiple times over the last few years. I have no complaints on their pricing for each package. My biggest pet peeve which I have always given them the benefit of the doubt on is their time to completion. No matter the time frame I get there, I'm always there for an hour to hour and a half. I wouldn't mind the wait time if the employees have better attention to detail. The quality and integrity of the employees is severely lacking. In my truck I have leather interior with all-weather floor mats covering the carpet. I have dogs and the only spot where the hair sticks is the underside of the rear seats. If you have your seats folded up they will not fold them down and clean the leather, it's the same if they're folded down, they will not clean the underside of the seats. The last 3 times I've gone they have not cleaned the underside of the seats and I've left the seats flipped up and asked the person to vacuum to be sure the get it (I usually tip them extra just because of the dog hair) . For me it just shows the pure laziness of their employees and the lack of integrity for the job. There's no way they could not have seen the hair, let alone when you're told that there is and you blatantly disregard it. I would have liked to given more stars because the ratings in yuma are harsh most of the time. But after many years of coming here and seeing what has unfolded with this business I can not giving them a better rating. I will not be returning anymore.

I took my car in just before I sold it to the local Honda dealer....(I had two shedding Huskies) I just got the cheapest $20 package ..they did a GREAT JOB! exceeded my expectations. The wait was well worth the service received!!!!

They told me 40-45 minutes. It's was an hour and 20 minutes. Then I had to leave in a hurry and didn't thoroughly check but got home and it was Horrible. (Photos) Will never return.

Slowest experience I've ever had. Four cars in front of me and 1 hour to get vacuumed and into the wash area. No sense of urgency and only one person working sales, vacuums and prewash. No focus on the customer at all. FRUSTRATING

Don't go there. I spent $50 and an hour later car looked like I took it through a $5 car wash because that's what they do. Super slow and they don't do a good job.

Did a good job on the car, but like the other reviews, these people move slower than molasses. Was here on a Sunday morning with only about 5 customers here and it still took them well over an hour to get everything done. Lots of socializing and not really a lot of hustle to get anything done.

Crazy slow. I waited well over an hour and a half for my truck to be washed Basic Wash nothing special. I understand the need to wait for a full service wash but this was ridiculous. If you have ever gone into a store and forgot where you parked when you returned to the parking lot; this experience was just like that. Only you wait so long here you forget what car you own. They need more staff otherwise I can't imagine people waiting this long for a car wash. I won't be back solely because of the wait.

Really nice accessories store, comfortable waiting area inside as well as outside. Even has a snack and soda options while you wait. Overall a good job but the wait was a little over a hour for a basic wash. They really need employe more team members. Not sure I will go back unless I have a hour or two to kill.
