I was prompted by Apple support to change all of my passwords and logins. My fault I forgot my Apple ID. So I went to the AT&T store to find out what I needed to do. I needed to get my iPhone unlocked and get my data from the cloud. The manager of the local store told me that I could not get any of that back and I had to buy a new phone. How dumb do you think people are. Again it was my fault. I forgot it but to tell someone had to spend over $1000 on a new phone is just Ludacris. I finally got in touch with Apple support and it took three weeks to get my phone back up. I understand it's only supposed to take three days. I use Apple devices for my workplace employees myself and my wife. I will be changing that here very quickly. I pay way too much to be lied to, and not have any service for three weeks. That lost me quite a bit of money. No one at Apple support could tell me the exact same thing each time I phoned in which leads me to believe they're not trained.

I live in TN, fraud occurred at an Att store in Philadelphia. I was vacationing in Yuma. The employees at this store were a great help. Getting to the fraud department was terrible.But two employees were a huge help and spent a ton of time trying to get me in touch with someone who could help.

Extremely disappointed in the non exisiting customer service. Went in to return 2 watches that were not what I was expecting. Paid $137 at the time of purchase, to walk out of the store with a return of $17! The customer service rep in the office are a joke and have very poor people skills. Manager was the icing on the cake (could not get his name due to employees not wearing any name tags). He had the audacity to state that he was doing me a favor even processing a return for one of the watches. I had no idea that he was there to do "favors" for customer. He then directed me to customer service, and stated to complain about the service over the phone to get the activation fee waived. What type of employee gives these type of recommendations to their customers? Watches were for my childrenn as an xmas gift and they practically robbed me out of their gifts! Cant wait to finish up my contrract and end my service. Maybe a little more training for this location as well.

Roberto spent a ton of time with me trying to move my service over from Verizon. He was so patient and helped me so much! Everyone in this store was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store in particular.

I decided to finally upgrade to a 5G phone with AT&T. I went here, and asked for a particular Samsung phone. I was told they don't stock it, but to go to Walmart and you can buy it there. So I did, and took it home to set it up. The phone itself was just what I wanted, with not all the bells and whistles but still lots of fine features. It was $140, so affordable. After using it for a few days, I could never connect with 5G, only 4G (and it was very slow). I called AT&T customer service (not the store) and asked why this was happening. He said "I'll check our tower in Yuma." When he came back, he had really bad news. "AT&T does NOT have 5G service in Yuma." Verizon does, and I switched to them. I was told AT&T was "working on it." Yeah, right. And I'm the Easter bunny. I'm done with AT&T permanently. And I got a refund from Walmart.

Very bad service for my mom try to connect her cell and they didn't tell her that they don't have pre paid anymore. So, they did a post whiymt out tell her and this morning she try to optain a pin number and they can't help her

Ricardo was the AT&T representative that helped us . He helped us upgrade our phones, and figured out an issue we had with our Apple Watch line . He was patient , when we took our time deciding which phones we would upgrade to. He explained the features of each phone and showed us the phones in real time . Thank you for your excellent and prompt service on a Sunday.

Andrea (the associate who helped me) was EXTREMELY kind, patient, considerate, etc... She truly went above and beyond when helping me and we even had a fun conversation while doing so. Probably the best interaction I've had as a customer anywhere.

I had a problem and they fixed it. In other words, they did the job they are getting paid to do. No complaints. But also no compliments. I will say this; they had great music playing in the store.

Wish I could give zero stars. DON'T GO HERE. Sold me a Samsung flip phone that they misrepresented the price of. Real price was way over $1000, but was quoted a much lower price for a trade in. Phone has design flaws and quit working after less than a year. Have friends with the same phone who are also experiencing problems. Got rid of A T & T service which was around $186/month for Spectrum which is $30/month. I had been with AT & T for over a decade and should have left long ago. LEAVE AT&T and go to another service.

I had a great experience at this store. Mario Tolano helped me with all of my mobile needs. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and offered his expert advice. I will only see Mario, from now on, for my new account. I'm much happier with AT&T, Mario made the switch from T-Mobile painless.

Genuinely the best experience I’ve had purchasing a celular device. Mario Tolan assisted me through the whole process and made it extremely easy. His expertise and knowledge of the products is sensational. He got me just the correct monthly plan I needed at a reasonable price. I will definitely continue to go to him.
