I have never been one leave review until now. I went to this location to get a prepaid phone and I thought at the time I was getting exactly that. It wasn't until I got home and was telling my daughter about my new phone and the deal I got when she told me that it didn't sound like a prepaid plan. Turns out she was right. Not only did I not get prepaid but I was put on a 36 month promo on the most expensive plan!!! PLUS, insurance that I never agreed to, PLUS $5 NEXT UP, which was also NEVER mentioned to me !! I was NEVER told about any of this!!!

I am so impressed with your employee, went into your store on South Frontage road Yuma on Wednesday Jan11 2023 and I must say he was the most helpful employee that we have encountered for a long time n,not to sure of his name but I must say you are very lucky to have him on your staff. The representative, Bella, was very helpful and Informative. She was, by far, the best person to have helped us in our entire time with AT&T. She helped us learn why our service hasn't been so well, and fixed the issue, she was very knowledgeable about the phones and helped us get our bill lower as that was an issue for us. She also continued to help us even after we left the store. Had we been helped by another person, we may have just canceled our service because that was our mindset going into the store. She was amazing. Thank you Bella ?

I came into this foothills location to switch my carrier service and was very lucky to have Monica take care of my families needs. Monica helped us take advantage of the holiday promotions I saw on TV. The switch was quick and easy. The team there was polite and helpful. Thank you foothills location!

I would give this place less than 1 star if I could. Literally the WORST AT&T store that I’ve ever been to. There is a female employee that is constantly arguing with customers. When I was here today, she was arguing with an elderly gentleman about whether or not his phone would turn on. She is very combative. Every time I’ve been in this store, I’ve seen her be unacceptably rude to customers. I bought a car vent mount here a week ago. It was purchased on my account. The mount is garbage and only succeeded in breaking my vent. I tried to return it today and was told that it wasn’t purchased on my account. The employees here just don’t care. The manager does the bare minimum and refuses to go out of his way to help anyone.
