extremely difficult to order propane,can't even tell me when the delivery will happen so I can be present.in past years it was easy,so sad to see a good company go down the tubes with customer service.

The driver was excellent. It was the people taking request for propane to our home. Then I got charged will call! 8.99 was the charge ridiculous!

Its difficult to arrange and schedule service. The local office does not allow the public into their office to speak with them, therefore you must call the national phone line. The national phone agents speak poor English and are unable to provide a scheduled date. On 3 occasions I was told the Nat'l agent could not reach anyone locally but we put in the service request and someone will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours with a date for your service. All three occasions no one got back to me. A week later, a technician shows up at my house unannounced. He told me he called but never left a message so I was unaware he had plans to service my house that day. He didn't leave a message because he said he gets to many follow-up calls because customers cannot reach the local office and National agents are unable to provide local information. This is not a local training issue but rather a poor corporate policy driven by a half thought out cost reduction that is putting local office in a no win situation. The corporate policy makers have caused this poor service with half thought out policies. Consequently, I will terminate my business with Amerigas.

Terrible. Cannot connect to a local person and the person answering the call doesn’t even know how to tell an address for the local office / facility where a small propane tank can be refilled.

Not sure which specific service you are referring to but ever since your local offices were closed customer service has been horrible. Propane have been excellent but it has been very very difficult getting a hold of anyone by phone. No call back even after repeated messages. Other people you use Amerigas feel the same way. All of them I have spoken with. If I have another issue and it’s another headache to get a hold of someone real and takes long to resolve then I may just go with Ferrel Gas (a local friendly company)

I don't recommend this place, I have called 5 times to get my tank removed and get my credit refund and they keep saying it will be 7 working days. Thus has been going on since December 28th 2022 so please be aware when dealing with them!
