The racism is sickening. The older service reps are terrible. Mr Torres is the only one who is always super nice when he sees how the other service reps treat customers. I would highly recommend any place else and if you do have to go in make sure to get Adrian Torres, he is a younger guy but has been extremely professional when his colleges are lacking an ounce of it.

Had a tire pressure sensor issue. Once I arrived for appt. Was told there would be a $159.00 diagnostic charge plus repair cost. I went to Discount Tire instead and a tech checked all five sensors in about five minutes. What type of labor model justifies the equivalent of $1900 per hour (159×12) for a diagnostic check? In the end I had two pressure sensors replaced for about $130.00 out the door. The new sensors were OEM too. No diagnostic charge.

Anthony Garcia is by far the best salesman there at Alexander Toyota. He was super helpful and wanted me to purchase a car that I not only wanted but at a fair price. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience amazing. He sold me my first car and now he sold me my second. If I were to do business there again in the future I would want it to be with Anthony.

Trying to figure out help with my windshield and the guy gave me a hard time, no direction at all. The guy was a total jerk. Acted like he has no idea how to even go through the process. Doesn’t understand sub contractor info. Toyota puts CHEAP glass on their cars and expects you to take care of it on your own, but will screw you over if you don’t take it to them to calibrate. Either way this one star is for the guy from the service dept who just called me and acted like a little boy on the phone. Grow up!DO NOT GO TO TOYOTA FOR WINDSHIELD SERVICES!!!!!!!! Read below the price gouging from Toyota.Update: Toyota tried to sell me a windshield for my RAV4 for a total of $2200 for just the glass and $787 for the calibration and I was to leave my car for a week. So they can send it somewhere else for installation. (Total $2987)At safeliite I got the windshield and calibration for a grand total of $1125. Includes everything!!! And it took them 3 hours.

Service Department - Super disappointed with the Toyota Service Department. I purchased my car at a Toyota dealer in Phx. I took my car to get the first oil change to the Phx dealer. No charge, no issues. I decided to call my local Toyota dealer to see if I could take my car to get the oil changes there instead of going all the way to Phx. The first time I called was last Wednesday, 9/30. I talked to Maria, the person who answered the phone as I explained where I purchased the car and that I wanted to know if I could continue getting the free oil changes at that Toyota dealer. Maria mentioned I could as it is a Toyota dealer. Maria asked for my info and mentioned that the service department would call me to make an appointment. This did not happen.I called Friday again and talked to a service person, and I explained everything again. The guy asked me for my information to check on the computer. He then went on to tell me I was covered and helped me make the appointment. 10/2 I go in for my appointment, less than an hour later my car I ready, but I am told I have to pay. It is $109 dlls!!!The service advisor tells me I have to pay and there is no coverage. 2 hrs into this back and forth with calling the Phx Toyota dealer and the service advisor unable to talk to someone. I was told I would have to leave my car until they know if the Toyota dealer would cover. I mentioned I spoke to two people at the Yuma Toyota, and both told me I was good to go.I proceeded to tell the service advisor I would like to talk to the Toyota Service director. The director mentioned I would have to pay, I repeated what I had been saying for the past 3 hours now. I mentioned that employees from the dealer told me I was covered, that it was not my responsibility if employees did not know and were giving false information. The director gave me a discount as I mentioned I couldn't pay that amount when I was told I was covered, that was the reason I called TWICE to inform myself. In the end, I had to pay $69 with the discount the director gave me.The issue was that I was given false/wrong information about a service I was told would be covered and would be of no charge. Then they did not want to release my car until I paid for a service, and they told me I had no charge ?.Get peoples full names and times of calls with details. Record if you must!

Hector was very helpful with my unique situation. Camelback Toyota in Phoenix did me bad, but the guys here were honest with the realities on the ground. Hector assured me that the part would get here on time and that his corps of expert mechanics would execute the job. I would recommend it to anyone.

Angry and disappointed with this dealership. Our good salesman, Angel, found a vehicle for us, due to arrive on 8/29. We signed an agreement that included the vehicle description with VIN number and required $500 deposit on 8/4. Angel contacted us on 8/24 that car had arrived and we made an appointment for 8/29 to finalize the sale. We arrived to find our reserved and deposited car had been sold to someone else! So we're out our new car, Angel looses his sale and other then Angel, no one else seems to really care. How did this happen? Poor management? Bad communications? Poor customer service?

I took my 2023 tacoma in for an oil change at 10,000 miles around 13,000 miles. I checked to see if my oil was doing fine, and it looked like my oil was overfilled by a quarter inch. I had my wife call service department, and their service manager called back to tell my wife she needs to start her truck and check the oil because when we bring it in its Hot. I called to speak with the GM and left a message on Wednesday to call me back and the situation. I just wanna know why your head service department man told my wife to check the oil with the truck running? To me it sounds like someone messed up or am I wrong If there is any damage to my motor, who's fault is it? Any body else got or had this problem LMK.

The car buying experience was one of my best one yet. I have purchased several cars throughout my life and this one was the most stress free and I was greeted with courteous staff and knowledgeable. I would buy again in the near future. Do not mind going to Phoenix or anywhere else buy at Alexander Toyota it is definitely worthwhile to give back to the community business.

Just purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership. While I was there the sales manager absolutely refused to come o it and discuss the sale with me. I asked multiple times and he was too scared or whatever to have a chat. The car did not come with any sort of spare tire (unacceptable) and the dealership did not care to understand my frustration. $800 later I purchased a full sized spare and tire, to be shipped directly to my door. Well, the tire arrived but not mounted to the wheel - it was my understanding it would be mounted and shipped to me. The dealership told me to go to a local tire shop and pay to have to mounted, even though I have already paid for those services at the dealership. Highly recommend you DO NOT do business with this dealership, they do not honor their word.

Terrible communication, service and reps/management. Last year I brought in my Subaru wrx and had my rack and pinion replaced (very expensive). Initially had issues with the service department telling me their technicians weren’t confident on working on it then said they had a technician that could. Took the technician two parts to properly install it, claiming the first part was not working. A year later and a few days, I start having serious issues with my power steering again similar to the ones before. I call and immediately get a lot of resistance. I speak to the manager and same results, telling me that this job was done “well over a year ago” when in fact it was literally 5 days after the year mark that I initially called. I had Subaru located 3hrs away, take a look at it and that the part was severely leaking and needed to be replaced. After a lot of back and forward, The manager scheduled me for an appointment a week and a half later and says he will look and see if the part has any warranty longer than a year. I bring it in this morning and I am confronted with a lot of confusion, the more resistance and frustration. After checking in, one of the reps Hector tells me that it may take more than a day to even look at it. I’m confused and ask why when the manager had confirmed over a week ago that he would have it looked at before the afternoon and have an answer for me that same afternoon. Since I sense lack in communication I confirm with the rep that I am not going to be charged for taking a look at it just like the manager had agreed on. He instantly tells me I will get charged because it’s been over 12months. After a lot of back and forth they change their words to the part “is normally only covered 12months, it’s a possibility it can still be covered”. End result, I end up picking up my invoice from auto zone for this part that has LIFETIME WARRANTY and take it to someone else I can trust to do the job right the first time, remain professional, and not try to charge you for the same service/parts again. Go elsewhere to avoid the headaches and miss communication! Would rate lower if I could.

I went to see if I could get a hybrid and Jose Arias was very helpful in making sure I got a deal. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations, and I am very happy with my purchase. Definitely great customer service.

Angel Herrera was a great salesman, as was everyone at the dealership! We live in Phoenix and we were able to come to an agreement over the phone for the price of very hard to find car. We then drove down the next day to complete the purchase and the experience was seamless. When we arrived the car was parked in the air conditioned sold bay. That made the experience of looking the over vehicle much more pleasant. Victor in finance took the time to find us the best interest rate and explain the extended warranties. I went with the Toyota extended warranty and Toyota financing as well.
