Great experience with Dany García the salesmen and the finance director who financed my car- very honest and transparent made me feel at home. I have bought two vehicles there recently and the experience was seamless. Kind honest people that understand how hard their customers work to buy these vehicles

I bought a truck that they had received a few days prior, due to that, the inside wasn't detailed, (clean). I was told that they would call so I can take it back to get it detailed. It's been a week and I haven't heard from them. Hopefully this week

I had an excellent experience at here thanks to Vickie M. She was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Vickie took the time to understand our needs and worked with us to find the right car at the perfect price. She explained everything clearly, ensuring we understood all the details before making our decision. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. If you're looking for a dealership with knowledgeable staff who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend asking for Vickie Meza!

I bought a 2024 Grand Highlander back in March & to the day of this post. Still have not recieved the title. Even called back in June to fix the error (paid them more money) so they could next day mail the title. Still havent recieved anything. Should be cut & dry straight forward... but the fact that it's not makes me think there is fraudulent activities. I also got a notification to monitor my credit for fraud after leaving this dealership. Just Saying

Flew in from Tucson to buy from Alexander Toyota. Neither of the Tucson dealers had what I wanted and they wanted a nonrefundable deposit to order a RAV4 hybrid LTD with no clear indication of when may be availabe. It was worth the trip! I have bought and traded cars for 50 years now just as a consumer, and this was by far the easiest hassle free experience. Erick A was wobderful to work with as a sales person. He answered all my questions and concerns day and night before I flew out to drive it hone. Highly recommend you seek him out as your sales rep. Victor in the admin department was equally pleasant to deal with. I recommend this dealership without reservation!

Disrespectful service and lack of motivation to go the extra mile. I requested help with the Toyota app and the display and expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction with the app. My technician responded with, "That's not us, it's Toyota." That doesn't make sense since I was at the Toyota dealership. When I left the technician's office, he laughed at me and criticized me with the other person sitting across from the desk. I watched the whole thing through the window. Unacceptable.

My gentleman friend took his 2004 Prius in for an intermittent check engine light (triangle of death) with a warning that the parking brake lock would not engage correctly. We had it looked at and the shop replaced the shift control module per the fault code. Retrieved the car a few days later and had no problems with it for the first 200 miles but on his trip home to California it happened again, but now the air conditioning quit also. When Alexander Toyota was called they told him that they weren’t required to look for other problems that they didn’t know about (but we obviously told them about it as it was why we took the car in to begin with.) He proceeded to take the dash apart (four hours of work) to find that the multi wire plug on the back of the shift module hadn’t been completely snapped in place and was coming off. We’ve now had loose plugs on two different vehicles from two different garages cause issues for us which tells me that the technicians are not paying attention to their work.

I have been to this location twice and both times I had poor experiences. I assumed the first time was only a poor experience based on the fact I bought my truck somewhere else. They were sure to make multiple comments about it to me. My second visit, I dropped my truck off for an oil change. I had to call my service advisor 4 times to get an answer on an estimated pick-up time. When I came to get my vehicle, there was a roughly 6" crack in my windshield. I showed them a picture from the day before showing that it was not there. It is directly in front of the steering wheel, I would know it is there. The crack looks like it came from something being dropped on it, as there was a chunk missing. The service manager instead of helping me, began to mansplain how cracks from rocks spread. I informed him I know but I also know the crack was not there when I dropped it off. The service manager would rather talk down to women than take responsibility for his employees. He began to argue with me about it saying nobody touched my windshield ever. I showed him where my hood had been opened and fingerprints on the glass where someone saw it. The service manager just stared at me when I asked him to watch the camera footage from my vehicle then started on another mansplaining tangent of how heat works. I am very disappointed with how they handled this problem as well as how they handled my truck. I now have to pay for a windshield because they will not take accountability for their workers errors.
