I bought my very first vehicle and got one heck of a deal. I got a Mitsubishi 2023 and a very awesome/ affordable price. The owner was so understanding of my circumstances and such a wonderful person inside and out. Will always buy my cars from them now and the future. Best customer service ever. The staff is amazing and respectful. The salesmen were very helpful and so knowledgeable.

I had a vehicle in for repairs their customer service was as good as a construction site porta potty, I had a few issues and they did not have a rental which was covered in the repair had to get one on my own and they said they don't pay for it when Ford care says other wise talked to service manager he never got back to me and has not replied in over a month, I have not ever seen a business run so poorly and advise to stay clear of this dealership

First day I called got transferred twice, ended up leaving a voice mail asking to schedule an oil change. No one returned my call. Second day I called got transferred twice no return call. Third day I called I spoke to the receptionist, she couldn't answer my question. I told her that no one returns my calls. So, I didn't ask to be transferred. Waited a week, called again - FINALLY spoke to Fransico. Very polite, scheduled my oil change and tranny flush. Work was done well, they also washed my car. Pleasant place to sit while waiting. I think Alexander Ford needs some help in their correspondence. I would go back, but would be weary of not getting help. I don't live in the area.

I have repairs on my vehicle, and while it's awaiting parts, I was able to get a 10-day rental from them. As for after that it's unknown I appreciate the excellent assistance of the Service Advisor Francisco!

Not reliable, bad customer service. They cancel and don't let you know. Would not recommend. Bad business, rude employees/ Owner. Stay away from this place.

Carful when checking online information. The mileage advertise is different from auto check. Make sure you do your research.
