We can’t say enough good things about Carlos! Not only did he pick us (and our dog) up in a timely manner, and drive us to the nearest town, but he also stayed with us until we found a mechanic who could help us with our tire. Highly recommend!

Many, many thanks to Corey who was our rescuer on 12-26-23 when we got watered down gas and ended up stranded on the side of the road. Super nice guy who not only dropped our car at the mechanic shop, but also drove us to the airport to the rental car place. He also called to inform us that we needed to submit a claim to get reimbursed since there were cars all over the place stranded from this incident. We would definitely use this company again, but hopefully we won't ever need to. :)

A big thank you to Mike of Alexander towing! We needed our vehicle towed and he came right away and got us to a garage that could get us on our way. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend his towing service.

So they towed my vehicle to Phoenix, Az (200 miles) away from the pick up location, when the could have taken it to Yuma international airport (2 miles away). These people are crooks who take advantage for people in need.

Fantastic customer service. I had to utilize Farmers roadside assistance when my truck's camshaft position sensor failed. Ramon was there within 30 minutes and was extremely friendly and professional. He showed my truck respect while hooking it up and even took the extra time to put it in a spot where I could easily work on it.

We were stuck on a road trip way east of Yuma and our roadside dispatched Alexander Towing. Manny arrived quicker than expected and got my family and vehicle into town. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver or towing experience.

Corey from this company, is unprofessional and does not do his job correctly! He will tow your car and drop it off at a random house to random people without checking ID and making sure the car is at the right location! Because of him, my family members car is no stolen, due to his negligence!

When you need someone to come to help you at 10 p.m. with a flat tire and your family and 8 month pregnant stranded on the side of the road.... DON'T RELY ON ALEXANDER TOWING TO COME HELP YOU! The absolute worst customer service ever! After our insurance assured us that Alexander Towing was going to help us, Alexander Towing did not! We were just outside of Yuma and would rather be greedy than come help us! Would never recommend or rely on them ever again! Thanks for leaving my family stranded hours on end on the side of the 8 while you did nothing to help!Service: Car towing
