We stood at the teller window for over an hour trying to make a wire transfer in January or February. The female teller was obviously struggling and two male tellers were not trying to help help her or offer assistance. It was ridiculous! I now avoid the Foothills branch and go to the main branch in Yuma. Seriously considering switching banks.

Fees for everything. Can never get ahold of someone over the phone. Lines are always long and take forever.

Very friendly, happy to help you with whatever you need. I generally handle all of my business through the ATM, but on the few occasions I have went in I was always helped very promptly. All of the staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces.

Wow, just moved down to Yuma, my exsisting Credit Union in Spokane, WA does not have any branches down here or affiliations with any CU's so I thought I would give these guys my business. After waiting in line for what seemed like forever due to there only being 3 people working. The young lady said she would have to take my information and set up an appointment for me. Well I guess they don't want my business. Maybe hire some more employees if you are under staff? I don't see this bank/credit union wanting to work for their customers.....It took them 1 week to send an Auto-Response, again... terriable customer service, ask yourself do you want a CU that doesn't work for you to be where you put your money?

Although I like all the personnel at the main branch, I love the wonderful "face to face" professional personnel at the Foothills Branch. We get so much done in a minimum amount of time.

This branch is very close to where I live. Plus, with COVID-19 I got use to the drive/ thru and the workers prior to this pandemic have always been very friendly and helpful!! I’ve used other branches in Yuma too and I love AEA Credit Union! It’s the best banking institution I’ve ever used and even when I lived out of AZ I maintained my account there. I have always highly recommended AEA to friends and family!

Every time I have taken my elderly mother to this branch, we have always been greeted by friendly tellers and they are all ready to help us. Love this branch and highly recommend it!

We had a bad experience, unfortunately, with this Credit Union location due to the employee that we sat down with to discuss business options. Ms. Priscilla Silva was unable to answer our questions at the time of the appointment, made us feel uncomfortable with the questions we did ask, and then post-appointment, when she notified us of being unable to open an account, she would not give us a reason as to why, despite asking repeatedly for a specific reason, so that we could either remedy it or educate ourselves. We understand that while our opening an account may have been declined for legitimate reasons (although we still don’t know why), we would have preferred the process to have been an educational one and a professional one, rather than walking away feeling dismissed and undervalued. We hope this offers constructive criticism and an opportunity for her to treat future prospective clients with greater respect.

Open at 9AM like a normal Bank. Provided Bench Checks when needed. Have more then one teller on duty. Not make customers wait in the Rain for an hour at the drive through which is also in the rain, so everything got wet. during this trying time. Try telling the people waiting an hour at the door that only the drive though is open ... Taking so long that the cars are crashing into each other at the drive thropugh ... Great time this morning while slow moving tellers took care of 1 customer the other teller 6 ...great times.

Fictitious charges on my Credit Card, they called LOAN ADD ON PAYMENT PROTECTION FEE, they have been charging me every month for almost a decade. Over $1000 So I call my Card about it. They do not know what it is. I ask who does? They tell me to call a number, the same number I just called. I call several times and hit all the options, talk to 5 different people connected to my Bank AEAFCU. They keep telling me to call the same number and then do not help. The lady says to me in the 6th call...sir, please be professional...and I can only howl with laughter.
