Great location on the Proving ground US Army. Always have had great service and really good prices compared to other convient stores. Cheap price on propane as well.

Well stocked little store with great staff. They need add diesel. Lots of RV traffic here.Don't let the low reviews made by some because they couldn't access base fool you. Those reviews don't count.

First time walking in the shoppette here. Went straight to the rollers for French toast tornados. There was two left so I grabbed my paper and the tongs. That’s when one of the employees, a bald, white, gentlemen asked for me to excuse him. I moved over figuring he was going to add more. He grabbed a paper and looked for the tongs, saw I had it, side stepped to the other rollers and grabbed the tongs and took the French toast tornados and went back to the register. I have never had someone cut in front of me like that and without explanation. He only took one so maybe he took it to consideration but never explained anything . I walked out in disbelief as we made eye contact he never explained why. Going to work hungry now.

Apparently you must be a member of the military to get to this store. I just needed to get water while on my bicycle tour but was turned away at the road, given directions to other gas stations 15+/- miles away. I didn’t give a one star review because the guard at the gate wasn’t rude, just doing his job.

Gas is priced competitively with in town stations. However, be aware that you will have to be able to pass through base security for access. There is bulk propane as well as the bottle exchange. The men's room is cleaner than most gas stations. There is limited hot food provided but there are packaged meals that can be heated up in the microwave.

First time to visit an "exchange" since 1999. This one is very small, HOWEVER, the service was excellent and they definitely have a pretty good selection as small as they are. Great gas prices as well!
