Terrible customer service by the owner. I was helped by two other employees that were friendly and helpful. When I needed to ask a question about a special order the owner ignored me and when I politely called her by name she responded, "What". She sounded annoyed that I needed her help. They are closing soon so it does not matter but I will certainly not be back.In a previous posting of the review, it was stated that I jumped in front of customers. Not my style. Sadly you chose to distort the facts instead of reflecting on how you can best serve your customers. Again, you won't have to worry about this customer in the future. The best to you.

Ordered a bracelet and when I went to pick it up the owner yelled at my boyfriend who was there just to pick it up cause her and one of her workers lost the bracelet then another worker was finally able to look and found it. Then I took it back to get it sized and remove two links. I was told it would be done the next day. It has been a week and I still haven’t received my bracelet. I asked friend who worked there to ask if it was done 2 days after and was told they haven’t even started on the jewelry. The owner is very rude not just to the customers but to some of her workers. Officially lost my business. I highly don’t recommend.

These guys did a fantastic job on a short notice for an award plaque I got for someone the day before they left... Andres was very friendly and professional he was able to expedite the plaque I wanted in less than 18 hours. Very happy with the finished product cannot recommend this place enough!
