As a rule, I'm not a fan of USPS because I find there is difficulty in knowing the difference between a package being expected by a certain date vs. a package being anticipated by a certain date. These are very different things but not according to USPS. Anywho, I needed to return some shoes, & the vendor selected USPS as the method of return. Of course, I obliged. I came to this location because of how convenient it was. It was so small inside, I knew I was in love. Silly, I know but hear me out. When it's small, it generally means the customer service is going to be phenomenal & this is the type of place that they will get to know you OR, it's going to be so horrible you drive out of your way to avoid it. Luckily, it was the former. So pleasant & lovely. In & out. If I had to use USPS again, this is where I would come.

Youngtown post office flooded and temporary office set up. Go to temporary office and sign says closed - original office open. No way when there are sandbags and big closed sign on front door

The ladies that work here are sooo stinkin sweet. They are always happy to help and have even memorized my box number.. I just walk up to the window.Small and cute little post office..

Me and the rest of Youngtown have been waiting 3 years for our "town's" post office to reopen. This has been a major inconvenience for myself. The trailer next to city hall closes super early and is not open on the weekends. What about the residents that start work early or get out late? I have a post office less than half mile away that I've never been able to use because the City of Youngtown has been dragging their feet for 3 years.

Really wish this place would open again and stay open! This location was a HUGE HELP! I understand it was flooded twice and caused it to close yet again, but what’s the deal? Is it even going to reopen? Because they even took out the P.O. Boxes!Really hope it gets renovated and fixed finally! A lot of people in the area would love to have it back!

This location is never open !! Should be removed from any listing of post offices. They even removed the exterior mail box. POOR.

It looks like it's open again as of February. Whoopie! Will be there bright and early tomorrow. Always nice and efficient. Their mail gets out-of-state a few days earlier than the Sun City office on Bell.
