“I wasn't aware that this particular company could order aftermarket parts but after a brief conversation with Adrian on the phone he let me know that he could get the same brand of coilovers that I was looking at .. Not only for less than what I was going to pay for them but he would also warranty the installation. You can't go wrong with that! I dropped off my 2012 Audi A4 and had coilovers installed and an alignment done also they did upper or lower control arms I can't remember, it's the ones that wear out quickest.. never the less, took them a day and it was done! No issues”

We are extremely picky with anyone working on our cars, but we had an emergency & needed the ball joint replaced on it. The staff was extremely welcoming, explained everything clearly & updates provide as work was getting done. They were able to get the part & have all done in such fast time. They are fair, accommodating and knowledgeable.
Last year I purchased a different car that came with a maintenance package. I took my car once to one of Carvana’s approved places. After that terrible service experience, I decided to forego Carvana’s package and return to Big O in Sun City. They are that good!
