Lisa was amazing.... we had a bit of a delay in processing the script, and when I told Lisa that I would be travelling soon, she expedited things and the script was filled in one day. Incredible customer service, thank you Lisa!

Have been going here for 20 years plus by now. Had some inconvenient incidents over the years but this one may have been the last straw. My medication was supposed to be sent out 03/27/24. I am local not out of the county even. Today is 04/02/24. crickets, nothing in the mail. I called them and she took my info then asked me to hold a moment. When she got back on she apologized and told me those responsible for shipping had failed to do so. This was a time sensitive compound. It may be time to find a different provider for which I am saddened about.

I have used Women’s international pharmacy’s excellent services for over 10 years. Their staff is exceptional. The pharmacist and technicians are genuinely interested in helping the patients they serve, as well as, courteous and kind. They are a Compounding pharmacy, as well as, providing conventional pharmaceuticals. They compound bio identical hormones and thyroid medication. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of those Bio Identicals and prompt service they provide. They ship to all 50 states.

The support at Women’s International is fantastic! I had a problem with UPS delivery and the technician immediately got in the phone with UPS, and resolved the issue with a short time. Much appreciated the individual attention I got!

I phoned in today to refill my prescription and spoke to Angela. She was very knowledgeable and I feel she went above and beyond to assist me with my request. I would use this pharmacy again and would very much like to deal with her every time.

I have used this stellar pharmacy for many years. My doctor recommended it as one of the best. If I have questions, I am promptly routed to someone who can answer them. Pharmacy staff are rock stars--knowledgeable, skilled, caring and friendly. I have been 100% satisfied with their compounded medications. Once I was slow in ordering meds I needed. The pharmacy was very busy at the time--and I knew, because of my error, that the meds would not reach me in time (totally my fault). To my astonishment, I received my meds 3 days later--before I ran out. It was so kind of the pharmacy--a gesture I'll never forget! I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Ordering and shipping went smoothly. The problem I had was with the quality / potency of the product. I was previously with a different compounding pharmacy, and wanted to try Women's International because the cost is lower. Unfortunately it seems the quality is lower too! My symptoms (which were resolved with the product from the previous pharmacy) came roaring back. It's as if the meds from Women's International were completely inactive.

They don’t follow the script accurately and try to gas light you by claiming it’s on the Drs. Script. It is NOT. I’ve been using this cream for 13 years. Will get a written script by hand from my next Drs visit with the correct volume. We’ll see how that goes.You didn’t resolve anything for me. Just tried to convince me my script was as you perceived it, and hustled me out the door. Will take my business to Potters House in Glendale and have it done right.

This is a summary of my experience with WIP (AZ) as a customer over the last several months. My primary prescription with them is a compounded medication that's required many adjustments to get to the right dose. Usually, it took five-ish business days for them to get a new formulation sent out and I typically had enough meds to see me through. However, the last time the dose was changed, it took 10 BUSINESS DAYS for it to be SENT. I had to resort to cobbling together leftover meds. Not happy. My latest order was a refill that I called in on 11/20/23 (Monday before Thanksgiving). The tech was not the friendliest I've spoken with. I let her know how long it took to receive my last order and asked how long this one might take. She was gruff but said she'd see what she could do to get it sent out promptly. I was notified later that day that it was sent and I received it on Wednesday, 11/22. The meds have always been packaged correctly and, for the most part, their techs have been helpful. Almost gave up on WIP but their recent quick refill of my prescription will keep me with them for a bit longer. Moving forward, I plan to ask how long it might take to receive my meds and if I'm not notified in a couple days that it's been sent, I will call to inquire. Recently, I heard that the government is cracking down on compounding pharmacies and that there are and will be fewer of them. WIP's shortcomings may be a result of trying to serve as many people as they can.
