Amazing service by Jose. Went to the other boost at el mirage they didn't want to help me get my information to port over. Jose did everything for me and even moved all my stuff over from my old phone to the new one! This Boost Mobile is 10/10 thanks to him !

Went in to change 2 phones - both of ours were just about at the end of their time. Took forever, but biggest problem was one of the old phones had been set up incorrectly. Gentleman helping us (Jose) was very patient and got us through most of it.

Went to this store and hour before they closed and the woman refused to open me an account and then she made a phone call and 3 gang members it looked liked came out from behind the building and one attacked me throwing me up against me truck...I left with out incident because his buddy got between us...yeah don't go to this store!
