Great service! Called on a Saturday and they were out by Monday morning. Very personable and professional. Said if there were any issues just call them back out. I needed risers and they had them available on the truck and installed same day.

Circle J Septic Services communicates well and did a very good job. Owner Josh and David work together as a team. They located the septic tank and completed a clean out and added a riser and two inspection ports. We were very pleased with their service and recommend Circle J Septic Services.

Nice people, good customer service and fair and honest pricing. I had to have my tank pumped and the previous home owner and county created a very challenging situation to deal with. They were communicative and were up front with my options. Highly recommended.

I am a Realtor and helped my client arrange to have a septic inspection as a requirement for the sale (this is a normal requirement for a real estate sale with septic)I was extremely impressed with the professionalism from Josh.The price was amazing compared to other septic inspections I've coordinated over the years.From first phone call to completed service with report it was about a week. Really wanted this to be a positive experience. Have called multiple times, it's been over 3 weeks, and still no follow up. Septic was located and pumped, but if you need more than that don't hold your breath.

Needed our septic emptied, called Circle J, we weren't sure where the clean outs were, after some investigating, they were able to locate them and get us taken care of, Honest, Reliable, and the Customer Service is Fantastic. Josh came out to look at my septic as it had backed up into the house. He was knowledgeable and explained the system to me. He pumped the septic and cleaned the filter. The price was competitive and the customer service was exceptional. Circle J Septic will be the company I call in the future for all my septic needs!

I had sewage coming up through my shower and tubs. I left phone messages with other companies and got voicemails. None of them have bothered to call me back. These people whom I got live on the phone made an appointment the same day at noon. Showed up at 11:55 prompt. Very kind and considerate with any questions I had. I will be giving them a call again in three years. I only hope the lord is good to them and have many years of business.

We had our septic system pumped and inspected by Circle J and were extremely satisfied with the service! Scheduling was easy and fast. Josh was patient and answered all of my questions, he did a very thorough job and was very professional. Very highly recommend!
