I’m a traveling nurse working at Banner downtown Phoenix and I stopped and bought some short ribs at the farmers market that were delicious in the insta pot! Everyone has been so kind and generous..she gave me a discount and thanked me for being here. Thank you Phoenix for the warm welcome! I recommend you stop downtown at the farmers market

This is a great way to support small family businesses, and the meat is the best I've ever had! And now they had an online store, so your meat can be delivered to you! Here's the link to the store: Again, if the meat came out bad, it was most likely your fault. Grass-fed meat that is truly organic, it is EXTREMELY easy to overcook it. So if you had problems with it, go onto their website (not web-store!) they had a helpful page on cooking tips and recipes.

First off I want to state that i was spending close to 60 a month or more in just beef. I tried Butcher box and was so disappointed in the cost to amount ratio. Then I found these guys on the local Agricultural website of Tucson. I emailed them about buying a cow pool and a lovely young lady named Hannah emailed me back. I thought i was going to have to pick it up at a farmers market but instead they dropped it off to me at my door. The amount of meat floored me for what I would consider a cheap price. The quality was outstanding and I will not be buying at a grocery store anymore.

Grass fed start to finish, processed humanely and with dignity in a low stress environment. Small production and great attention to doing cattle farming the right way!

I stopped by this vendor at the farmers market and I am so glad I did ! I tried other grass fed beef ranch's but this is by far the best beef I've gotten ahold of ! The flavor and quality can't be beat ! Also their farm fresh eggs are so rich in color and flavor as they should be !! Thanks for doing it the right way guys !

You can't compare this beef to store bought "grass fed" beef. There's a lot of trickery in those labels. Do your research folx. Here's the short version. We bought 2 ribeyes, they came out like crap, we threw them away and I was pretty annoyed. But, I did my researched, realized it was my fault and learned how to cook properly raised beef. Is the store bought stuff delicious? Yeah. Does it have traces of feces in it? Yeah. Is smoking relaxing? Yeah. Does it kill you? Yeah... Since my screw up I've had to relearn how to cook good food. We've tried many cuts and cooked them many ways. Charcoal grill, outdoor flat top, cast iron, oven baked, stove stop stew, slow cooker... We're currently saving to buy a quarter share of beef (should be close to $1000) and just put in a new chest freezer to hold most of it. If that's any indication of how I feel about this beef and how I've learned how to cook it, I hope it helps your decision. I've had many other "grass fed" beefs, and I can't knock them all. But DCR is at my local farmer's markets, so that's why I buy from them. You have plenty of choices, they are convenient and deliver what I'm looking for. Properly raised beef that is dense, full of nutrition and grown naturally. You know, like how our grandparents used to eat. My Grandpa is getting close to 100 and my great grandma lived to be 103. They grew up on farms and at food like this. They also drank and smoked heavily. So, what's killing everyone today?

We purchased 2 NY strips from Phoenix Public Market farmers market, and the steaks were so tough, it actually hurt my teeth to eat. The cut and quality of the beef was inferior to a cheap grocery store sirloin. We're extremely disappointed and we're hoping to find a good source for beef sharing.

No more digestion problems, now that I'm eating their beef. I am so grateful I stumbled upon them at the North Phoenix Farmer's market. I drilled the guy pretty good too.
