We were camping at Cattle Rest in Willcox to do some hiking in the Chiricahua. That morning we had just headed out in our old RAM pickup when the alternator cut out. I drove straight to the local NAPA store, where they had a replacement in stock. The NAPA guy referred me to a few repair shops in town. He said Joe was the best, but was always very busy. I stopped to see Joe and to my surprise he said he could fit me in that same afternoon. While he worked on the truck, I walked over to the charming little Willcox town museum. The guy on duty there told me I was very lucky I had found Joe as he does excellent work and is honest!
The next day we got to do our hike, but on the way back to Willcox, the new alternator cut out. So we headed straight to Joe’s, who was just closing for the day. He actually stayed past closing to figure out the truck also had a problem with corroded wiring at the battery which he proceeded to fix in less than a half an hour. I can’t recommend Joe highly enough!

I have been taking my vehicles to Joe’s Car Care for years. Never had a problem and all work has been great. He is thorough with inspections and because of that, I have never been broke down on the side of the road. My truck has over 230,000 miles on it and he has done all maintenance and repairs. Runs like a top. I trust him implicitly and would highly recommend his service.Services: Wheel alignment

I can't say enough great things about Joe and his services. I was traveling to California and had engine problems that needed immediate attention. My car would not have made it to Tuscon and I would've been stranded on the side of the highway had it not been for Joe's help. Joe very willingly helped me locate his facility and immediately started assessing the engine issue. Joe ordered the necessary parts and had them installed the very next morning. I was able to get back on the road immediately with no issues what so ever. Many, many thanks to Joe for his outstanding customer care and help with getting my vehicle up to par and running again. I reached my final destination safely with no mechanic issues. You were my lucky star Joe!....Thank You, Thank You!!

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWAREI took my car in a week ago to Joe for some problems it was having. Joe diagnosed the problem as two broken Motor mounts and at first wanted to charge me 500 but when I told him that I would probably have to wait till after Christmas he was then able to find it cheaper at NAPA auto parts. Had him do the job went back picked up my car and it was still having the same issues, called him back and he said I’d have to schedule another time to bring it back in. Next day my husband was changing the spark plugs and he found a shop towel in the Air intake tube. Not only did he not fix the problem but he tried to sabotage me!!! If we hadn’t found the towel sooner it would’ve ruined the Engine!! I took the car into Mills tire and tech they were very nice and found the problem quickly. It was a small and simple fix. They were honest and got the job done right. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to Joe’s car care again!!!!!!!!
