I was driving from L.A to charlotte nc cross country when my truck gave me issues. He answered the phone that night said I need to bring it in the morning because we need the lift I was there when he opened and shortly after diagnosed the issue. Sent someone over an hour away to get the part from the nearest ford dealer and they came back and he fixed it right and quickly and gave me a very fair price. Thank you.

Awesome prompt service!! Traveling through from Midwest to Yuma and had a tire losing air on the 5th wheel. Parked at local KOA Campground and the next morning someone loaned us a compressor to air it up and we went to Jarod's. He promptly and efficiently fixed our problem. And for $30. He rocks!

It's not cheap getting your car pulled out of a ditch when you're an hour and a half outside of town but they were substantially cheaper than the 2 quotes I received from other tow companies. They explained their rates to me before coming out, which the other companies didn't do and saved me over $200. Thank you for being honest and not ripping off someone in a bad situation.

My driver took our disabled van in and Jarod gave me a deal with discounts to change an alternator, and when I said I'm paying with a credit card over the phone Jarod said he had to call me back after checking with some kind of detective relative. He did not call me back that day, the next morning my driver told me he finished the car, I called to make the payment, he said "no Zelle no deal", added the discounted $ and $50 on top as tax. I didn't even try to reason with this guy, he had my van, and it seemed the divine power himself couldn't talk any sense into him. Beware of his "deals" and "discounts", things change promptly after he is done with your car. If you have any other choice, avoid this guy.

Called to have my tire replaced at loves parking,he told me I'll be there in 30. About 49 minutes later I called again and he tells me that I'm not at loves, because he has his people working there and they couldn't find me. After I explained what truck I was on he cussed me out, told me I was wasting his time and hung up on me. I went right next door to loves had my tire replaced right away no waiting professional nice people.

Excellent customer service. Fast and courteous. Jarod was a real life saver when we had a blowout in 100 degree temperatures. Fixed a flat, put another tire on the blowout rim in record time.

Absolutely amazing service! I experienced my first blow out while traveling to Tuscon and was left quite shaken up and very much so stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. Jarod and his crew were so friendly and helpful and responded super quickly. They were great at communicating with me from start to finish and it really helped calm my nerves. The service was very quick and friendly. We were just there for new tire so we didn't have to finish our road trip on the spare, and he had us out of there in like 15 minutes. Good price for it too. I would absolutely recommend Jarod's Auto.
