“We were camping at Cattle Rest in Willcox to do some hiking in the Chiricahua. That morning we had just headed out in our old RAM pickup when the alternator cut out. I drove straight to the local NAPA store, where they had a replacement in stock. The NAPA guy referred me to a few repair shops in town. He said Joe was the best, but was always very busy. I stopped to see Joe and to my surprise he said he could fit me in that same afternoon. While he worked on the truck, I walked over to the charming little Willcox town museum. The guy on duty there told me I was very lucky I had found Joe as he does excellent work and is honest!
The next day we got to do our hike, but on the way back to Willcox, the new alternator cut out. So we headed straight to Joe’s, who was just closing for the day. He actually stayed past closing to figure out the truck also had a problem with corroded wiring at the battery which he proceeded to fix in less than a half an hour. I can’t recommend Joe highly enough!”
