I needed an odd sized o-ring that I couldn't find anywhere. The clerk at Napa went out of his way to look for it in the back. He found one that was a pretty close match. It was in a spare parts box so he let me have for free. Now that's what I call excellent customer service.

Called to see if parts I needed were in stock. I arrived 5 minutes before closing. They helped me and did not tell me I needed to hurry up they assisted me and it was almost 10 minutes after closing
