After pre booking camper site and traveling from TX. I arrived to find that I was unable to enter the park because of the unevenness of the road . If I would have entered I would have bottomed out and damaged the plumbing under my trailer! Upon asking for a refund I was told a manager would have to approve it and they would get back with me. I have called repeatedly for tge last 3days with no answer and no return phone call. Don’t be a victim. Don’t stay here , they will steal your money

I pre booked camper spot before leaving TX
Upon arrival I could not enter the park with my trailer because of the poor condition and unevenness of the road without my trailer bottoming out and damaging the plumbing underneath!
Upon asking for refund of $316I was told a manager would have to approve it and they would get back to me. I have called repeatedly for the last 3days with no response and no return phone call.
Don’t be the next victim, read all the reviews on different sites. These people are dishonest and don’t deserve you business

Small park on very busy road. Lots of shade trees high enough to provide shade to most of the park.Roads to sites are rutted with pot holes, but park is also making improvements.Horse property next to park is a nice view.A walking path, from back of park, that leads to downtown makes it very walkable.Shopping, restaurants, fast food...all within walking distance.Walkability: Path from back of park leads right to downtown.Food & drinks: Subway, McDonald's, Taco Bell, steakhouse, & many more downtown

Will update my review at the end of my stay, however my partner and I have been extremely satisfied!Pros: right off the 60, walking distance to downtown, the park backs directly onto a delicious local steakhouse (Cowboy Cookin), VERY quiet regarding loud neighbors, plenty of shade, large management presence which is huge (thank you for being present and aware of your property), maintained landscaping, mulberry trees! The laundry room is conveniently located with a downloaded app to pay, watch, and add time to your laundry (Kudos for making this upgrade when you did, this is SO much better than carrying around quarters like I anticipated). The managers are currently making changes to Things I would otherwise list as a con such fixing the ruts in the drive areas. It seems like they *may* also evaluating lot sizes, but it’s possible they’ve been intentional on where they’re placing visitors. (Spots can be tight). There’s a HUGE horse property the park backs on to which offers precious views of the new baby horses. Often times you can stand and watch for 10-15 minutes while the horses play- truly beautiful. Dog friendly property- doesn’t appear to breed restrictions which is great!Cons: if you aren’t custom to living by a train or off a main road the train or constant traffic may be a bother (don’t hear too much until the train honks or Semis go by but you get used to it), farmers cats- someone before mentioned lots of strays but I believe they’re farm cats, not strays. Still a con nonetheless, but at least they aren’t strays. Sometimes you smell horse poo, but horses poop too. Some of the parking is tight. I’m fortunate enough to not be in a difficult location but some spots may be harder to pull in to if you have a large rig.Nearby activities: River Preserve, Gold Panning in Morristown, Jeep/ATV Rentals, Dancing, karaokeFood & drinks: Lots of food and beverage places nearby! All of which you can walk to!

Check in was easy, paid for prorated may from 27th to 31st. The park is clean, semi quiet minus traffic. Right next to horse pasture so there are flies. Several spots have female mulberry trees which spotted our 5th wheel and vehicles. On June 2nd I received an emailed receipt for rent....I did not know that 1 the 1st lady kept my card on file I didn't sign anything giving permission...2nd we were charged for a neighbors electric! High amount for only few days. I called while at work and asked why I wasn't notified what the total cost was and why did they pull it with out permission?? Pat was very nasty with me stating if I wanted the invoice foe the rent I have to leave work in the 1st to get it. And that it's in rules and regs that they keep card on file. It's not I looked. I canceled my debit card that day and called around for another park. Found one but couldnt get in till 24th of June. Fine. The GM came around and asked if we were going to pick the 1 pile of dog doo that had only sat 10 mins saying it's the reason we have flies. Umm the horses don't bring flies? Hello ranch raised here....duh.. After we moved I got a call from the Lovely pat you left the park?? Um yes. Ok well I have the remainibg... no no you dont. Barbara was informed we were leaving and she stated she would credit the electric to our final bill. And that Pat better ask her about that before telling me I had a final bill. She also wanted a new card on file I don't think so! The company has lawsuits against it, several people left due to being auto charged and double charged. Do not use this RV park!!

Don't let this Bait-And-Switch ploy happen to you...several other comments regarding similar situations have also been posted. Make sure you get what you pay for!*Stopped in on Friday March 17th, made reservations in person for Space 37 for Monday March 20th. *Got a call on Sunday 19th at approximately 3:30 that said they had us coming in on that evening, the 19th. I said no it's to be on the 20th, so we stopped in again. Space 37 was occupied. They were going to put us in either Space 55 or 27A on Monday. No one was available in the office, so I called and talked to Pat. I said both spots would not fit our trailer because our trailer is 45' long, plus the length of our tow rig. I asked them to cancel my reservation and refund our money, she said she would need to talk to Craig.*I called on Monday 20th to make sure that a credit was going to be applied, again she said she would need to talk to Craig.*Called again on Thursday 23rd to make sure the credit got applied, and again Pat said she would need to talk to Craig.*Called again on the 27th, talked to Pat. I asked to speak to Craig and she said he's in a meeting and she'll have him call me. No call back.*Called on the 28th at about 11:30. Asked for Craig, said he's not in. Pat said she gave him the message yesterday, but no call back. Pat would leave a message for him again.*Called again 9:30 am March 29th and left a message for Craig to give me a call back ASAP to get this credit taken care of.*Called again on the 30th 11:27 am, left a message for Craig to get back to me.*Called again 31st, 9:30 left a message for Craig to return my call. I said for you being a manager/owner you're being very irresponsible. Said I would be calling back everyday or 2, 3 times a day till this matter is taken care of.*Called again on the 31st left message, 12:15, called immediately back and Barbara answered the phone. She said she had given Craig the message. I mentioned we were going to Contact our credit card company and have them reverse the charges (we already did).*Called 4:35 Saturday the 1st of April.Talked to Barbara, she said he/Craig was going to call back on Friday, but never did.*Called April 3rd 3:45 no Craig in the office, told Pat I think he is trying to avoid me.Pat said to do a Charge back to our card.**NOTE** This dispute was finalized on May 20 in our favor. This results to Asstec RV Park not only losing the chargeback funds, but also being charged for our CC company time spent.

My husband and i travel for work and full time in our 36ft. Solitude, so we are very familiar with how parks are suppose to be ran. Therefore, Aztec Village has many pros and cons. The cons: We had reserved our spot 3 months in advance, when we arrived our spot was taken so we pulled into a open one that we could find. They then had us move to a spot where there was absolutely no space for the neighbor behind us to even let out his awning or for us in general to be able to enjoy our stay. Then 2 weeks later we got moved to a different rv spot on the other side of the park near the cabins, which was better. After us staying there 2 months, they then had us move to a spot right next to the previous one. Once we got settled again it was a little bit bigger but still does not help the fact we had to move 4 separate times when we had a reservation prier to us arriving months before. Also another con is when we originally called we were told the price was $500 a month (not including utilities) when we got our first monthly payment it was around $741 which was still not including the utilities. Therefore, our last month there we got our bill and the monthly rate had went up again, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE of it raising. Also, there are stray cats roaming everywhere in the park. They like to get on your car, in your buggy, and poop everywhere so be prepared for that. Oh and if they say they will “call you back” or “help you in anyway” they are lying they never call back. The pros: Aztec village is in a wonderful location, walking distance from downtown Wickenburg. The neighbors there that are full time residents are all super sweet and friendly. Ms Mary use to work in the office at Aztec and she was the absolute sweetest lady ever and would do anything to make things right and help you in anyway she can!Now for the others, bless there heart.

Aztec Village's online reservation system allowed us to secure a spot at the very last minute. Barbara and staff were helpful and friendly. Walking distance to a great little town with many attractions.

I was scheduled to come in on February 21 through the 26th. I notified the part that due to medical reasons we cannot keep the reservations they said because of medical reservations they would give me my money back even though they have a no refund policy as of now April 5, 2023 with numerous calls to the Astec park they keep telling me that it’s up to my Florida office and then I have to talk to the general manager there he’s been supposedly giving my number numerous times and has never returned my call. I feel that the service there is not adequate and that friends of mine that stayed out during the time that we were supposed to be there, so they would never go back to the park again because the sides had a holes in them and it was very hard to get out of the site, so I would appreciate a call back on my number they have it

Made a reservation over a month ahead of time for a pull thru spot. 20 minutes prior to arriving I received a call stating they gave my spot to someone else. Come to find out they were only there for a single night even though I had booked 5. Once I arrived I found out they were jamming me between two permanent residents. The road in the park is next to nothing, it's narrow and the black top is falling apart. After getting to my spot the two residents have trash, wires, and broken down cars, junk everywhere. The hook up's are terrible! So many adapters all over the place and the smell of sewage, NASTY! To top it off Spot number 45 is loaded with problems! Child neglect, child abuse, drugs, a grandmother living out of her SUV that doesn't run and it's parked next to the trailer that her family lives in. After 24 hours of hearing screaming, fighting and beatings I went to the front office but it was closed, walked to the owners camper and knocked but no answer then I began calling. No answer. With my wife and child were terrified from the crazy behavior so we packed up and left within 24hrs fromarriving. I tried to call a few more times and left messages but no one returned my call back. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. This place is scammy. Shame on the owner! You know there are illegal activities happening on your property and yet you turn a blind eye. You said you recently took over the park, first thing you need to do is take out the trash and I mean quite literally! Adding new rock and electric boxes is like putting make up on a pig.

The owners are super nice and are working on the park. It is walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. The down side is the traffic noise (which cant be helped) and the very tight spaces. I believe the park was built for small rigs with no slides.

Where to start? First, entry to the park is on a blind corner. Traffic exceeds posted speed limit making it very hazardous getting in and out of park. Roads inside are nonexistent, tight roads and pavement is terrible. Rv spots are not really set up for parking, haphazard set up, used to be a mobile home park and should have been torn down and rebuilt before spending thousands on new power boxes. Bathrooms and laundry were satisfactory. There is a remodeling going on with new facilities. As far as the people working there they are very friendly and do go out of their way to help. We were there three months and on many occasions people were told a certain spot and they had double and tripled booked. We were told a space and when we arrived we were placed in a less desirable spot. One group was promised to be together, didn't happen. As far as price, way over priced, no club house, no swimming pool, so does not compare to other parks in the area. When we booked it was five hundred a month plus power, we were told later that rates had increasedtoo seven hundred plus water, sewer and power. We have stayed at other parks and never have been charged for water and sewer. Yes it's close to walk into town and that made it easier to get around. I hope they make lots of changes to improve their park, but it needs lots of care.

Barbara & Pat are super nice managers/owners.This RV park is difficult to park your RV. Spaces are very tight. You need to be extremely careful when you pull out, onto hwy 60.

Very unsatisfied RV park. Location is not the best between traffic all night long being so close to Hwy 60, Semi, cars you name it. Very dangerous Entrance, Exit right on a curve. You book or reserve a site for an amount, you arrive you are not assigned to that site put in a different one and try to charge you more money, not very good business practices at all. Lack of communication between Management, staff and customers, my opinion they have no clue as to manage or run an RV park. It is my understanding most RV parks have a fire code as far as sites and distance between RV's ! Not here. Would I reserve or book another visit? Absolutely Not!!! Not much for amenities. A couple good positives, met some great people staying at the park and a short walk to downtown Wickenburg AZ. Park definitely needs many upgrades not sure that is possible with where the location is.
Thank You
Myron
