Susie was so helpful and accommodating for our last minute space booking!! Steve was a life saver to help us park our rv at night when we were having trouble. I’d give them six stars if I could. 100% recommend! Also super affordable.

Get place to store my RV, I have been a customer of theirs for 12+years. I've had several different locations from out in the lot to undercover and Laura and Suzie (her daughter) have been very accommodating with my moves! I have had NO problems in the past or currently with anything with my storage. They've really updated it now with a security gate and pass code which I find as a plus. Thank You Laura and Suzie!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Originally spoke with Linda who is apparently the owner on Friday. We were assured that we would have a space for our pop up trailer that we just purchased. Did to the fact that we live in an HOA we have nowhere to park out trailer except in an RV lot. Linda was extremely friendly and helpful. Was assured we would have a space and she was going to find us a space next to a larger vehicle to keep the sun off of ours. I was told that we would have an access code texted to me by the next day (today). Never received anything. Attempted to contact property 3 times to get the access code because we were going to bring the trailer the following day. Went to the property after no one answered and was met with Laura. Laura was very unprofessional, staying she had no idea of our reservation and she didn't know the system and that her daughter would have to call me back. After 2 how's, I called the property back and was told by Laura that there was no space available. Laura suggested we had made a reservation at another property to which I replied not according to the confirmation and email we received. I stated that this is extremely unprofessional and that I would talk to Linda on Tuesday. Laura needs to be severally reprimanded fired with how she does business with peotential new clients. I am hoping a conversation with Linda will go much better. If not I will be going to the BBB.Edit: and now the Maricopa County Sheriff's office raided the property, arrested 2 of the employees including Laura and found a bunker with drugs and guns. I've attempted to reach out multiple times to the owners to express my concerns and have yet to hear back. Now it is saying the property is temporarily closed...

Great place to store an RV. The owner is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond in regards to customer service. Can't beat the prices either.

This facility has been housing multiple toys for us for 3 years. The owners are fantastic and honest people. There are lots of storage areas out west, but you will not get the personal care from any other ownership around. Definitely recommend them 100%.

This facilities is a golden gem, there are not a lot of spots available for semi trucks most RV storage places for some reason don't allow them. However, this facility has not only accommodation for Semi-trucks buts Eva and trailers as well. The manager is so friendly and understanding I would never do business else where. She is absolutely the most amazing cooperative friendly woman I ever met. I had wanted a spot here for a while and after having talked to her she made it happen. I'm on the road frequently and this company has a wonderful system for automatic payments for people on the road. I highly recommend this place for not only Semi trucks but trailer parking as well.

I've had my rig here a couple different times with absolutely 0 issues. I read one of the reviews that said there was no security. Nothing could be further from the truth. I can only speak to my experience, but I have never been there when someone wasn't out there greeting or at least saying hi. There are cameras everywhere. There is a front gate that automatically closes at 10? I think. And opens early...5 I think. There are motion lights all over the place, as well as very bright lights. This place is lit up like 4th of July at night. Laura is an absolute sweet heart. Steve can be a little blunt, but still cordial. They both live on site along with there son , Steve. The last time I was there I needed some work done,a couple repairs and some upgrades. I asked if he knew of anyone. We looked it over and he ended up doing the work. Slide seals, new convection microwave, slide toppers, sound system upgrades, and he talked me into solar... 3 panels, charge controller, new batteries. All the work was absolutely top notch. The attention to detail was unmatched. He did fix a couple things we did not discuss that he found while working on everything. I somewhat agree with the other review that maybe he should have called me. But on the other hand. I'm very grateful that he was conscientious enough to fix it. He could have put everything back together and left it. Storage is more than good. Nice pull through. The big bonus here is they are a top notch repair facility with very reasonable rates. None of this "drop it off and we will get to it when we can...and maybe have it done properly...and charge you an arm and a leg " I will drive cross country to have him work on my rig. This is my go to storage facility and repair shop.
