Change your pharmacy hours please, on Google says Walgreens close at 10pm and I arrive at 8pm and it was closed.

We have been with this pharmacy for one year and have many meds through this pharmacy. The only problem I have is that they seem to be out of common meds often and have to order them from Phoenix. I started a new med 2 mos ago, and within a week of starting it, one of the pharmacy called to check on me to see if I was doing ok with it. I have NEVER had a pharmacy do that. I really appreciated that.

This pharmacy is horrible, our script was put in on Friday the 22nd they told us two hours it would be ready. We explained we had to go out of town for 3 days and tried to see if we could move the script to a different Walgreens.x they denied that’s.Coming back 4 days later we went to pick it up after not hearing anything from them. We got there to pick up on the 26th and they told us 2 hours….worst place to go. This is the worst customer service, the staff is unbelievably rude.

This Walgreens pharmacy is terrible. Long waits to pick up prescriptions, it takes them forever to fill prescriptions, and more than once the prescription I was supposed to pick up on a specified day has been out of stock on that day. The automated phone system for this pharmacy is also usually grossly inaccurate as far as pick up times. Or it could just be that the staff at this Walgreens pharmacy is extremely slow and fails to meet the estimated times the automated system gives you. Unfortunately it’s the only pharmacy in the Vail AZ area.

Probably the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever seen. It's always understaffed or closed. Multiple times I've had major delays in getting prescriptions. One time I even had to drive to a different Walgreens over 30 minutes away. I would recommend using a different pharmacy. I still like Walgreens Pharmacy, just not this one!!

We lived in Scottsdale for 25 years and had three different Walgreens, this one in Vail is hands down better than any of those. I do not know why the bad reviews except I guess when things go right at a pharmacy how many people actually leave a good review? lol They call us to make sure we are doing well and if we have any questions about the prescriptions. Sometimes it is crowded but we live in Vail, lol. There is not enough of anything for all the people moving here. Never been to Safeway or Walmart pharmacy so cannot comment on those. Everyone at Walgreens as always helped us and got the job done.

They used to have great techs who were friendly and helpful. Now they have a tech that refuses to discuss anything by phone and tells you you must come in to discuss anything having to do with your scripts or account. I moved my scripts to another pharmacy.

Called to give my insurance card was told to come to the store and wait inline before the could input my insurance number. First time ever asked that. Teck was rude and point blank said she will not do it! Manager repeat and asked to come to the store or scan card on the App. What is the point to have them there if we could do it on our own on the app.FIRE THEM ALL INCLUDING MANAGER!!!I don't think the deserve a 1 start. Poor customer services. Walgreen should fire all the Tech and hire new one who really want to work. If you do not like your job find the one that to love and don't be rude and show that you don't care.

If I could give less I would and it seems like most of Vail AZ agrees with the quality of the pharmacy service here. Had an appt at 12:45 for my 99 year old grandmother for an RSV shot, get there and stand in line waiting to check in until around 1 pm when a lady behind the counter announces they are done with vaccines until after their hour lunch!!!! MY GRANDMOTHERS HEALTH IS WORTH MORE THAN YOUR F****** TURKEY SANDWICH!!!! The pharmacy manager, Janice, needs to be replaced. The whole pharmacy team in fact. We spend a lot of money there on prescriptions and as of today no longer will. So glad the Safeway took us as walk ins and their pharmacy is run much smoother. Put in the complaint with corporate office as well.

Horrible Service 20 NOV. Tone of voice means a lot to me! When I’m asked a question and my answer is “I don’t know, I only know that my notification states that the order is ready for pickup.” Don’t get mad at me. Thankfully the manager at this location has reiterated my belief that no one should shop at Walgreens!
