I was locked out of unit 2 days early, with my stuff still in it. When I asked for the owners contact information Julie told me “karma is going to get me” as if I was in the wrong and deleted my own code. On top of that she gave me a non-working number for the owner.
Edit to their reply: I’m sure the owners believe in Jesus. When I spoke to one of them he was very kind. The lady that works the desk, Julie, definitely told me that Karma would get me. I was there and it happened to me-so I would definitely know.

Great complex - kept my belongings safe and sound. Sweet staff - a gal that likes ice skating and bedazzling was so friendly/personable and easy to talk to.
I do want to thank whoever helped me get refunded for an over charge. I would like to thank the woman who took the initiative to make things right and went above and beyond to help remedy a misunderstood situation. She was able to make things right and I’m extremely happy with how things ended.

We arranged to store our furniture while building a new home. Thru Vail storage we hired people to unload the U haul. They showed up 2 hours late and 1 employee would not get off his phone. Rain started, since our belongings were outside my elderly husband started moving things. He seriously injured his knee. When we took things out of storage we found many things water damaged.
