I have always had a great experience at this Safeway. The staff has been great almost every visit. We love that Safeway came to our neighborhood and gave us another option for groceries. It is always clean and well stocked.
Chris has been very helpful with our needs for the booster club at Cienega. We can't wait to continue working with Safeway.

Very disappointed in mobile ordering. I can't keep going out from corona to vail for items I didn't receive!!! Only offered refunded but did not even try to offer to make it right!! As far as I'm concerned they should've offered to get those items to me or something for my inconvenience. Won't be using them again! SMH in Disappointment. Shame on you Safeway!

I recently ordered a cake from the bakery that was supposed to have filling inside. However, it was to my surprise and embarrassed that the cake only had one single layer, no filling, and was quite dry. If there was an issue with adding filling to the cake I wish it were discussed with me when I picked it up. I likely will not order another cake from the bakery, which is sad because primarily shop at this location.

It's too bright in there and everyone is always so grumpy.
I bought a slim jim that had expired over a month prior. I didn't check before opening it (crazy me thinking a grocery store wouldn't have expired food on the shelves /s) and now I have to live with the experience of biting into an expired stick of meat for the rest of my life. lol but not really.

I’ve had a couple issues now with one manager who’s name I believe is Xavier. Twice now he has approached either my little brother alone or while he was with friends and both times he was extremely rude to him until I approached and then his tone changed. My brother recorded him the second time so he had proof that he was rude until I stepped in. Both times my brother wasn’t doing anything wrong, I think he is on a power trip. This second time was today and he told me “figure it out” as he was leaving our interaction, I’m not the one yelling at children for a living, don’t think I am the one that needs to be told to figure it out Xavier. I will be calling to file a complaint but I think others with little ones should be aware of this so called “manager”.
