They were able to fit me into a quick appointment, they were able to show up when I was at work so I left my trailer unlocked and they got the job done. I was not present, they are honest people and fixed what I needed for an amazing price.

The fuel gauge on my rv stopped working. I called several places and dropped it off at a shop. Nobody seemed to want to work on it. Was given a card for Ray's mobile. Called and talked to Cathy. Ray came out the next morning, diagnosed it, asked me to take it to his shop. He had to drain the fuel tank, drop it, replace sending unit, then put it back. While doing this he noticed the fuel line to the generator was dry rotted and replaced it. A lot of labor involved which may be why other shops weren't Interested. Cathy and Ray are easy to deal with and friendly to talk with. Highly recommend. Thank you both

Called them after hours, they still picked up and told me they could come look at my ac on Friday. They came 2 days early ( the morning after I called) and had my ac back up and running after finding wires melted and shorting out. They were only there for less than an hour.
Great people! Explained everything to me as they went along!

Called Ray at 8am, explained the problem, texted pictures, and he arrived at Kartchner Caverns State Park before 11am. He and Cathy arrived earlier than they promised. The problem was fixed very well and we were able to get back on the road in time. Ray carried the parts that I couldn't find anywhere else. Thanks Ray and Cathy!

Im so glad I contacted Rays for my RV service. I needed a new chassis battery and within the next day it was installed and running. They also did a full inspection and oil change. Kathy kept me informed on everything. I will definitely be using them again for service.

Charged us $682 for labor on a $941 bill. Was here maybe one hour total, three trips, we live in Vail. Wow We never agreed to your charges because you never told us what they would be. You told us the furnace was unrepairable and then turned around and said it was just a loose wire. Not exceptable and would never refer you to anyone! Not even sure now if the mother board needed to be replaced. And as far as driving distance we live in Vail and so do you!

Charges $139 to come to your house regardless of circumstance (3) times. Charged $278 in install circuit board. Total bill $941 for maybe 2 hours of labor. He didn't give us an estimate but said it wouldn't be too much! $941 in my world for what he did is excessive. Yes, we are old.

We were given Ray and Cathy's number from a local RV business. Our AC went out on our RV and no one could fix it right away.We called and Cathy said they could come out that afternoon. They had to order the part and were here today to install it. We were selling the RV and needed to get it fixed for the new owner as we were transporting it for them.Ray and Cathy took care of us right away. We had to get on the road this week and they were able to get us ready to do that!We highly recommend them and we can't thank them enough for such great service!
