David was great. I came there without things needed for me to pick up my equipment but was sent home with the equipment I needed with David's help. He made sure I didn't waste my trip to the store. I'm very satisfied with the service I got. David deserves a raise.

Trying to change service plan is extremely difficult. Trying to talk to a live person is even more difficult.Being forced to use autopay is unacceptable. The website will not let me access my billing to shut it off. I will be contacting the BBB if this doesn't get fixed.

Usually I don't leave any sort of reviews but I genuinely feel deep down inside like I have to. I walked into the store out of curiosity and when I tell you I got looked at like a criminal. Nobody greeted me or asked us for any help. My goodness it was hot as hades in there too. If I could give a negative rating I would. Oh no never again.

After CONTRACT price went up a little ok that sounds about right then months later with no nice price tripled ?!?!? Called and they say they sent me a notice I don’t think so or I would have canceled on the spot that price was ridiculous. Shop around and be aware they increase prices all the time no notice !

Twice this year I called them, first time was March 2023, second time was September. Both times a tech that maybe has a few weeks training comes out, can’t find their line, says oh need a install crew, will be a week or two. Well, not once this year have they contacted me other than a text to notify of all the outages. They don’t want my money and that’s fine because there are better options they forced me into finding anyways.

I hate having to pay for 80% of TV channels I will never watch or support their twisted beliefs.The next move is to drop cable and stream..If politicians really cared they would break the monopoly’s of cable providers.Then allow the purchase of individual stations, this would be transparent and not subsidize channels and make them stand on there content, sink or swim. FREE MARKET!

Service is unreliable and customer service. They’re good if you’re able to get a hold of them. If not well you’ll get a machine and try to figure that out.

I was leaving town, and returned my Flex Box two days before my service was set to be turned off. They shut down my internet as soon as they got my stuff (ignoring my requests not to and my explanation that I was leaving in two days). I had to spend hours on the phone with tech support, and was eventually charged more than an entire month's worth of service to have my internet turned on for the last two days it was supposed to be on anyway.There's a reason Comcast has a lower customer approval rating than the IRS.

I paid my past due balance (before service was disrupted) and before it said to pay the remaining balance. Then it wanted the same amount and disrupted service asking to double amount originally due. Current and past due arent due until the 31st of this month. I called and talked to them and they said it would be restored in a few hours. Im still waiting. Says it wants past due but it was paid and they are not crediting it.
