Windsor to the rescue once again. I told my wife, why do we keep going to 10 different stores looking for a graduation outfit for our daughters when every time we end up finding something here. She agreed (I documented her agreeing) and this will not be our starting point. It will probably only be worn once, however, these prices are super reasonable, so I can live with it. Accessories aside, because every father learns quick, no lady can go without Accessories. Staff was friendly this time and every time we have shopped here. Only advice I would give, make a small section up front with a couch and TV showing whatever sports/games are playing that day for the fathers to watch, phone screens are way 2 small.

This shitty store. I bought a dress i ty to exchange it. they didn't let me do it, because the dress did have makeup. I bought it like that,somebody's else try it before at the store. now i have a dress that I even need. i would never buy again in this store .

I came in at 11am on March 2nd. The doors were locked and the lady refused to let me in because the registers were down. I asked to at least be able to try things on while she was working on the register. Keep in mind the store has to be open at 11. She refused to let me in and was EXTREMELY rude. It’s 11am and you haven’t even started working. Get it together, it’s 11am and you haven’t even started working. Horrible customer service.

The customer service is amazing. I needed a formal dress for a special occasion, with the help of two friendly young womans assistance they didn't have my size in a dress they showed me, and I really liked it. One of them went above and beyond to call the other local store, and looked online we're able to purchase online. Her great customer service with assisting for the dress, my size, my body type she did amazing. The dress was msuked to my house within3 days, it looked amazing. I stopped a second time for accessories and 2 other sales people were there, so helpful and so kind.

I’ve been shopping Windsor for over 20 years, different cities, and the girls here are sooo nice and welcoming, always seem to be enjoying their time. The store manager Jessica has helped me out on numerous occasions as well as Keana and Karla. They are awesome and deserve recognition for going above and beyond. (Tucson mall can take some pointers)

Went in 6/28 to return 2 items. Emily was extremely rude and unwilling to assist me. I've dealt with her multiple times before and each time she was very unprofessional and seems racist. First time I dealt with her she screamed at 2 Hispanic ladies trying to try something on in the fitting rooms 5 minutes before closing and the second time was with me when she decided she couldn't help me with my return of 2 items in which I kindly asked for store credit. I called corporate and they immediately helped me and approved my return request. I went back in to the store to purchase a couple of outfits when she approached me and said "this is what I can do for you" I said that's okay I already spoke to corporate she proceeded with "okay well what I can do is provide you with an even exchange if the clothes are in excellent condition" I let her know "no thank you, corporate gave me approval for a full refund" in which she seemed bothered, didn't say another word and rolled her eyes as she walked away. Check the cameras as all I've explained is 100% accurate and she shouldn't be an "assistant manager" the other young lady working there should be as she provided excellent customer service.

Girls who work here are rude, snotty, can’t communicate, and are honestly not that bright. Not sure what’s wrong with this location, but the employees always have a bad attitude, close the fitting rooms early, and hate being asked any questions / to do their job. Most things are final sale, so on two separate occasions (since they don’t want to keep even one of their 1/2 dozen fitting rooms open) I elected to put the items on hold and come back. Both times I came back the next day to try on and then they closed the store early! In addition, I think the company started using a different manufacturer, because everything runs small in that store nowadays. Definitely recommend going to another location!

I came in to look for a dress for my formal. Within five minutes of me being in the store, we were told to leave because they had to fix an electrical issue. They said they would be open in less than an hour and are now closed for the rest of the day. I don't have a car so I wasted tons of money to get here and now spending even more to go back home. Overall very unprofessional and a huge waste of me and my friends time.

Way to expensive for what they have. Go across the middle section to the store across you get same quality less expensive.

Emily is super awesome here! She always is trying to help me and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m content with my purchase! As a transitioning trans female all the workers make me feel super included which is such a rarity for retail stores! Great selection and I can always usually find something here for any occasion which is why it’s my go to place when I need a dress or a cute outfit. Also love how this store is better ventilated than the one at Tucson Mall which is another reason I prefer this one. Couldn’t thank Emily and her coworkers enough!
