I would not recommend this agent to my worst enemy. Wendy has not provided me with good costumer service since she took over this office. I have been a costumer for over 20 years with Allstate. I would like a different agent but I guess I am stuck with her until I renew my policies again. ZERO stars

Had a legal name change. I couldn't get through at the moment. I sent them an email with documentation and they had my name changed before I clocked out with an email stating that all changes were completed. Logged in to verify and they got it done! I have a crazy schedule, bit they were more that able to accommodate during the same day!

I needed to change car insurance and called them for a quote. The man I spoke to was not very helpful to be honest. If I called I could never get him and if I left a voice message no return calls. I also was talked into milewise which may be ok for me as I don't drive too much but it adds up. I have surpassed the quote I was given stating I would be saving money. I'm just not to sure about this. I talked and talked to a women asking what my policy would be if I went off milewise. She just told me its too expensive but never gave me an amount. My first 6 months arenot over I will look then to see how much I have saved or not saved. I have to think where I drive so not to have to pay more frequently. I am also not a fan of how they track you esp the quick stops. If you have one or two your rate goes up. In this town with people driving crazy and people running into the street its kinda hard not to have a quick stop.

WARNING!!!! (HORRIBLY PRICES).(HORRIBLY CUSTOMER SERVICE). I was hung up on by Damien who said he was a manager and would'nt cancel a auto policy even though we have sent emails mail and phone calls asking to have auto policy terminated. IF YOU REALLY WANT ALLSTATE TRY CRAIG PRETZINGER AGENCY 100% BETTER.

when 5 days late on payment they bow your phone i m a busy mother business owner and current college student i have no time to drop my tasks to answer the phone for that i mean i know im late on my payment but is not like i m 3 months behind and on top i do pay my insurance always never had let it cancel or overlap sept 2022 is my last month with you found a cheaper quote for the same 2 vehicles i pay you for now . thank you for your service .
