So today I experience some racial profiling in Wells Fargo bank that’s located in Tucson Arizona on Valencia Road in Mid vile area now I recorded everything that happened at the drive-through and when we had to go inside people need to stop being racist they really do there’s too much stuff going on in this world today for people to go to work and have a nasty attitude. If you got issues going on at home leave your problems at home why take them to work and take it out on somebody else because you have an issue. But I guess my mom has had an issue with this teller but my mom is the type of person who is like OK I’m a let God take revenge on this person. I’m still gonna be nice but I’m gonna let God deal with it which is fine but when somebody keeps treating you like that because of the color of your skin is not right but I will be releasing the video on Instagram today.

I was hoping to switch back but was put on a waitlist to open an account at 2:30. We stayed in the area since we were 7th in line. Come 4:55 they sent us away because they were going to close at 5. Me and 3 others who were there before me waited the entire time in the bank since 2:30 and before then. They couldnt give me an appointment around my work schedule even though we waited for hours. This was a waste of my time and they should consider peoples time if they know they wont see them after 5. Let them know earlier than 5-10min before closing. I will be banking somewhere else.

Just don’t open a Wells Fargo account. They suck. They take money right away but don’t post transactions right away. The overdraft fee is ridiculously expensive. If u don’t pay it the day you go into the negative they charge you three times the overdraft fee. It’s just not a good bank.

They need to prioritize better. It's okay for the business line to wait and help standard customers but when standard customer teller is done dont acknowledge business line customer. Just block of business line and use 1 line in this case

First of all there only 2 tellers for like 20 people and no one really greats at the door theres also lack of profesionalism when it come to been a trller or just someon working at the bank iam currently in line and its been the worst experience ever at a bank

Merchant line takes non Merchant customers making our work day very difficult. A trip that would normally be fast takes for ever.

No merchant line from them cutting staff. Making one small deposit now takes almost half an hour or more.Having to wait that long an be told your going to help the person that literally just walked in is pretty ridiculous

This wells fargo is awesome. It was busy and the manager was out helping people in line instead of sitting in the back. Came up to me asked what I needed and took care of it in 2 minutes. Great leadership leaks down to amazing staff. Love my bank!
