It is a financial institution. Been with them for a minute. Perks of being an account holder are very few. Good for using money sending capabilities and free bill pay. Besides needing somewhere for my direct deposit to go, ai don't have much else to day about WF.

Been with Wells Fargo for years, and this bank for 5. We walked into at 3:23pm to open our joint account. We were told no because it takes 30 minutes to open an account. I explained we had 34 minutes and the women with terrible customer service said; oh well you have to make an appointment, when there was no one in line and there were appointments open. So we walked out.

Absolutely the worst bank but this branch was extra bad. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and they seemed shocked when I walked in, said they don’t do that service, and acted like I did something wrong. The manager had no interest in talking to me or trying to make it right. The banker who had the misfortune of being on the floor was apologetic and tried to help but we all know this huge bank doesn’t care about customers or employees. (They sure did call quickly when I transferred a bunch of money to a different bank though.)Moving my money and services elsewhere.

Will not answer the phone & appointments won’t go through online, and the notary here was unhelpful. I’ve used notaries in Texas, North Carolina, and Colorado and never had an issue before.

My mom and I are very thankful to have worked with these wonderful bankers who helped us with a complicated process. Omar Hernandez, the branch manager was very kind and knowledgeable. He took his time with us and made us feel heard with our complaints and frustration. We also worked with Cheyenne Cassill who also was very caring and took time to help us. This branch is #1 in service. We highly recommend this branch.

I met with who I thought was a personal banker to change some features on my account. His name is Omar and he was so kind and thorough in not only helping me but in explaining things to me.Come to find out he is the bank manager.At one point another customer was yelling at a teller and Omar politely excused himself to offer assistance to his employees.It was refreshing to see someone not only help someone else in need but to ensure that the branch was safe for everyone there in that moment.

I went into wells Fargo to get 3 things done.Your employee was not helpful at all. She kept saying online banking I do not want to do online banking. I have been a Wells Fargo for almost 30 years. You would think they would accommodate my needs or be more helpful.I most likely will change banks.

The tellers here are awesome. They always make me feel so welcomed and appreciated (they often greet customers by their first names when we walk in). I also always love it when I see a business that makes an extra effort to help elderly people-- I've noted numerous times when tellers showed a super-caring heart and gladly gave a little extra touch of patience and kindness to some of the older folks who bank here.Recently, near closing time, I inquired about needing a notary for a refinance that we were doing, but was told that all appointment slots were filled up for a week or so. The woman who does the notary work overheard me and came out to share that she could squeeze us in. This was super helpful and if we had not had her help us out with this I we would've had to postpone the refi for at least two weeks --due to the holiday season.

Well, I have a personal check on a Wells Fargo account given to me. I wanted to cash it but since I don't have a account at their bank they want a $7.00 fee. So no deal. That Doesn't encourage new customers and makes a Wells Fargo check for" anything " less desirable to take. The agent on the phone was very nice.
