This bank is absolute, utter GARBAGE. My rent is due the 1st like most people's right? So I go on my lunch (because I work 12 hour days) to pay on Wednesday. 9/10 I get there, there's a huge line, all drive thru's closed and ONE teller working. So I wait in line for the maximum amount of time I can on my lunch. 25 minutes. ONE person will go through the line while still 6-7 people are in front of me. This is at noon. On a Wednesday. So I have to risk being late to work and being fired standing in this line. ONLY TO LEAVE anyways and then pay my rent late!!! Which my landlord now is charging $20 for each DAY that it's late. Who can afford that in 2024?! No one. I wouldn't even step foot in this bank but it's my landlord's bank.. and it's the only option I have for paying my rent. It's absolutely ridiculous and I literally cannot take it anymore. Because yesterday, I had to leave since one teller was working with 7 people in line.. so I go today. EXACT same situation. Had to leave, was almost late back to work.. risking being fired. And my rent is STILL not paid. I'll be trying again tomorrow (Friday.. HA joke. Most people are paid Friday and need to go to the bank so it'll be even worse ) To anyone who banks here- WHYYYY??? I've never seen such a terribly run financial institution.

Went to the Wells Fargo store Silverbell and Ina. Although it was busy there were plenty of tellers to assist. Very nice branch

DETAILS TO FOLLOW.. I ALWAYS HAVE WELCOMING EXPERIENCES IN THE LOBBY.. WILL TRY TO UPDATE ACCORDINGLY.. mikey likes it..??..HAD GREAT SERVICE AGAIN IN LOBBY TODAY..12-12-23..BIG SHOUT OUT TO SERGIO AND STAFF..GOT 5% ON A CD AS WELL..AND NO ISSUES WITH MY BIKE IN THE LOBBY.!. mikey likes it.. ??

A lobby full of customers and only two tellers! Not to mention drive through shut down, come on! Everyday it’s like this, nice employees but extremely understaffed.

I live 2 minutes nutes ft m this bank and yet its more convenient to visit another branch for quick and reliable service. This branch must be understaffed and current tellers don't seem to have a third gear!! And to make things worse today I was told their system was down! 2 costumers walked out including myself. Drove to the bank on prince Rd and complete different story!! Grant branch you guys really need to up your game

I've been banking here for 23 years and have always had excellent service including this week when I had to report that I had misplaced my checkbook. I guess different people get different kinds of service at the same bank, but 23 years of experience should count for more than one experience that may not have been fully explained. Details matter. I love my Wells Fargo Bank on Grant & Silverbell.

This location needs more bankers. The wait time is always ridiculous. I've had to leave several times due to running short on time after waiting 20 minutes and realizing I might have to wait 10 more.

11/22-This Branch used to give really great service. Tried to speak to a banker today to open another account and after 30 minutes of waiting decided my time was more important.2/23-Needed to add a form for an account today. Was told that I needed to make an appointment, because of covid. Guess you didn't hear that covid is over and is no longer an excuse for poor service?

Made an appointment for a notary public. I was able to go right in and right out. Just had the papers I needed notarized and took a few minutes. Excellent service.

I went in here today to cash a Wells fargo check for 75 dollars. The cashier told me that it was possibly going to cost me 7.50 to cash it there. I said no, I would take it across the street to my own bank. She said that it depends how the persons account is set up, that maybe their account would cover it. I said "wait, so you're saying no matter what, someone has to pay 7.50 to cash a check because it comes from Wells Fargo? Even the person who has the checking account through Wells Fargo, could be charged 7.50 just for writing a check?" What kind of policy is this? If you have to pay 7.50 every time you write a check, who would want to be part of this bank? I asked the teller, if I wanted to cash a check for 5 dollars, I would actually have to pay them 2.50 to throw the check away? Ridiculous. Why would anyone want to keep their money in a scandalous establishment like this? After they cashed it, they gave me a receipt and I looked around, there wasn't even a trash can. Other banks have trash cans for papers that are gonna be shredded, ya know confidential, right next to regular trash cans. This place definitely doesn't live up to the standards of banking. Don't think for a second that they're giving out lollipops here. I waited 30 minutes just to be able to talk to a teller, only to hear they want 10 percent of the check just to cash it. Almost surprising they don't give you a receipt that asks for a tip too.

The customer service is always friendly, fast and reliable. Never had a bad experience here and everytime I have a issue its always quickly cleared up . Mary today made a very terrible day a little better and was very kind and understanding.
