I have gone to multiple wells Fargos every single month for the past five years to deposit my girls survivors benefits. In California, Tucson, Phoenix, San tan valley, I have NEVER once had a teller refuse to pull the money off of my card and deposit it until today. I have been pushing for my boyfriend to get a wells Fargo account, he finally caved last week and we got a joint account, which is now going to be closed due to lelani, and molly. Absolutely horrible customer service, makes me regret ever doing business with wells fargo at all.
Editing to add looks like this has been an ongoing issue as I'm not the only woman who has issues due to a name change. You'd think after multiple reviews citing the same concern they'd change their practices

It's ok, tellers are nice. Closed drive thru tho, sux not wanting to go in and be harassed by a banker asking why I'm their while in line. Probably cuz I gotta do banking stuff, deposit, withdrawal. One of these days I'm gonna say I need some furniture or a soda to throw them off. Be nice if they opened the drive thru. But they wanna harass people in the line I guess.

They just SUCK. They have had so many lawsuits against them. I'm not even sure they train their employees before they hire them. I've had employees tell me such wrong information so many times. It's so frustrating. . They take their time at correcting any errors they make.. I was told it might take several appointments for me to get power of attorney in place . Although with our other bank, it was done with 1phone call.

Never answer their phone. Can never get information regarding bank services such as notary services . Customer service skills are terrible. I called several time this morning waited for 20mins someone did pick up the phone they press a few buttons heard talking in the background than the phone was hung up. can an never appointment to talk with a Banker at this Branch. I have been a customer with your bank since 2014. Customer service has definitely gone downhill . Its pretty bad when I have to go to another Wells Fargo Bank to get an appointment. or my daily needs

I've been banking with Wells Fargo (I think it started as Signet Bank) since 1979. I've never had a problem they couldn't solve. I appreciate it. Here's to another 45 years.

The service speed has gone way down. We waited in the drive thru line for over 15mins. They only had one person working in there when they could have had at least one more person to get through the rush and they were taking care of customers that pulled up after us! Do better Wells Fargo! This isn't rocket science

There are longs lines at Wells Fargo. They have a service fee of $7.50 to cash their own checks....just absolutely ridiculous fees.I decided to go to Fry's Marketplace to cash the Wells Fargo check. Frys fee is a flat $4.00

It's a shame that considering the part your company plays in history, that the misogynistic ideas and ideals of 100 years ago still govern your business practices today. From the local level to corporate, absolutely no one would help me unless I proved (based on their standard) that my name was in fact legally my name. Which it has been for over 11 years. I will never use Wells Fargo for anything again.*regarding the reply from WF's bot below, if WF had actually read my review, they'd see that I went to corporate about this issue and was told there was nothing they could do.
