Went here today at 3:50pm and the whole place was closed nobody remotely near. Makes no sense all the tellers close the branch 10 minutes early and leave. Does 4pm not mean 4pm? Ridiculous then don’t open till 10am that’s insane.

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for many years and have loved my time with this institution, but I wanted to make a special comment on the care and customer service of this new location! I have gone to thos location on a few occasions and have been given such good attention and excellent care! The few time that I have gone in have been stressful and the help has been so kind and patient and we were able to get it resolved without any regrets or embarrassment! Thank you so much for the standards that have kept me and so many others with Wells Fargo!!!

This bank needs to get with the times. Overdraft your acct by 1.50 you can expect $70 in overdraft fees. As if I haven't funneled my entire yearly income for 6 years in addition to $100s of thousand in investments through them. They won't let you buy things with your over-drafted card but have no issue allowing payments through on their end so they can keep racking up overdraft fees. Just tell them you're closing your acct and they stop abusing you. The guy on the phone became magically helpful when I mentioned that fact. Got my $70 back. Switching to another bank today.

Customer service is very uneducated can't even quote a price on a charge for a cashier's check or money order without having an account. Nor could they get a hold of the branch to ask the question. Need better training policies in place the better serve customers if you want to keep people at your bank. Update on the review while I was on the phone with customer service they said that I could go to the bank with no account and get a cashier's check walk a mile and a half to the bank and come to find out that you can't get a cashier's check without an account. You really seriously need to go through training with your customer service all over again cuz obviously they do not know the right answers to your questions.

All the poor reviews on here are for the old location. I recently visited the River Road location and it was a wonderful experience! I made an appointment in advance and was helped by Shannon. She made conversation throughout our time together and wanted to get to know me personally. I also met the manager and he was very personable as well. He made sure I was taken care of as well. I highly recommend this location.

Carlos and Austin were incredibly helpful and considerate when I found myself in the middle of an unexpected situation that required immediate attention. They both made sure my time at this wells Fargo went as smoothly as possible. I was very lucky to be assisted by them.

Google Maps has the wrong info. This bank is indeed at River \\u0026 Craycroft. The Grant \\u0026 Beverly location is closed. Follow the map guidance and not the street view.

Beverly at Wells Fargo Bank off of Grant & Beverly was very rude & degrading.I was told I couldn’t use my mothers bank card even though I’m in charge of everything for my mother, even though I’m her Power of Attorney & Trustee for her well being. I am the signer on her account to pay her bills as well.I was denied & treated very rudely. She did not present any customer service skills.Instead she made me feel black & that I was doing something shady with my mother’s card.I’ll never go back to that branch & it’s also another reason fir me to dislike Well Fargo!!!I think she needs to be reminded that she is there for the customers & to get off of her high horse!

I am glad my husband and I picked this local bank to replace our old one from back East. Cheryl has gone above and beyond to rectify some difficult situations with our accounts and it's very much appreciated to be treated with such patience and respect. Add to that, lots of convenient locations around town, a very pleasant and spotless clean branch office, makes for two happy customers here!

These people are crooks. I used there ATM and they charge $3 fee ok. They disclose that. Then a $2.00 and another $2.00 cost that at not disclosed. That's 7.00 in fees to get my own money. Total rip-off. I'm writing the FTC.
