I am surprised at the negative reviews. I have been a satisfied Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years and when I moved here I chose this branch for its convenient location and the drive thru. I have always received good service and am happy with my choice.

If I could give a negative I would. This location will not give you more than $20 in quarters. It's like my hard earned money is not good enough for them. There were 9 people in line with two tellers and no one would help with the line. This location needs some serious customer service training.

I should have known better than to go to a banquet 2.9 Stars I showed up I had an emergency situation with my bank account they were treating me like I'm some kind of criminal the banker who fit me in for half a second his name was Miguel and he raised his voice loud enough for all 20 people that were in the bank at that time to here him scoldong me. Zero compassion .I was quiet and discreet he was broadcasting all my business got impatient raised his voice and when I leaf thanking him for his time he whispers I'm sorry. Asked to purchase a penny bank box. I was told I could only received 20.00 worth. I accepted but when they started to put together all of handmade pre rolls and not the loomis rolls makes no sense to buy because the handmade rolls have already been picked thur. No account no bank boxes. This bank is the beneficiary of a roll picker because of the large amount of hand rolls they were about to give me. pointless in spending my money there.

This branch is horribly slow for business customers. 3 business customers waiting in the Business line. While we watch at least 15-20 customers filter through the other tellers. So much for taking care of the businesses.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i normally go to the Sabino Canyon Rd location where EVERYONE give xcellent customer service. on occasion i have to go to this one because it's closer to work. i really don't like going there. every time i've gone, the customer service is horrible. last time i went the teller was Manuel Duarte. no greeting just, "what can i do for you" so i said, "hello and how are you today"? he said "fine" then asked me how i was. only because i asked first. seriously? i said "great, thanks for asking". the rest of the service from Mr. Duarte pretty much went the same. no personality, no smile, no nothing. serioulsy? i might as well have gone to the atm machine where i would have received a lot more attention from that then Mr. Duarte. maybe he missed his calling which obviously is NOT WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. ok, i got it all out. my words to him are, try working a something else where you don't have to smile or have any personality what so ever. shame, shame, shame. i heard some Wells Fargos are not going to have tellers soon. i pray this is one of those locations. :)

Idk, I don't really like the vibe of this place. I waited in line for like 30+ mins because there was one dude at one of the tellers the entire time. There were 2 tellers, and then eventually 3 by the time I got up there. There was 1 banker there, and you need to book an appointment to even see them, like most Wells Fargo locations.
