The cellphone we thought was "broken" was fixed quickly by David. Ended up that the charger port was just dirty. Easy fix, friendly service.

Awesome service. My grandson was visiting and got his IPhone 12 wet at the pool. We tried online fixes but nothing worked. Called this place in the morning and had a fully functional phone an hour later. Very knowledgeable and staff. Highly recommend.

Had phone problems and ATT store had no idea what to do. Went to Batteries Plus on Irvington(Tucson). David and Marcus knew exactly what to do. They had the requisit testing equipment, but more importantly, they exibit cutomer oriented attitudes, knowledge, skill, and ability not often found in southern Arizona. And, as a 77 year-old, I know good people when I work with them. Hopefully, David and Marcus will soon be considered for higher management. ML in AZ.

EDIT - A technician at a different store just told me my phone was missing internal hardware. Obviously no one else but these technicians have touched my phone since. They do not take pride in their work. No more We Fix It. No more Batteries + Bulbs. Newer iPhone and came in to replace a cracked screen less than 6 months ago, on a newer phone. The first two screens they tried were faulty with the button responses. I had to come back again and again. Today, I dropped my phone off a couch and the screen cracked *underneath* the glass screen protector that was installed by them.. and they say none of it is covered by the warranty. I didn’t even bother to ask for a quote to replace - they clearly do not stand by their product.

Reasonably priced and the sale + coupon made it even better. The young man at the counter was polite, respectful and professional. I know that putting a new battery into these Samsung phones is like brain surgery, but if he made any scratches, I can't find them. I am very pleased with the service. The new battery has a 12 month warranty, we'll see how long it lasts. I'm betting at least 12 months.

I'm just gonna say wow. I spilled water on my iPhone 8 plus and, despite Apple's claim of water resistance, water entered right into the back camera lens and fogged it up bad. I went in to We Fix It thinking I'd need a new lens or new camera or the whole thing would short out. But the young woman on staff there peeled my camera open like a professional fisherman cleaning a fish, had the phone opened, splayed out, removed the tiny bits of water in there, cleaned off the fog and water on the lens, set the whole thing to dry for good measure and had it all working like band new in 30 minutes. All from just a walk in! I'll never go anywhere else.

Well, had a cracked screen and purchased a replacement screen from Amazon. Kit did not have the ‘Y' screwdriver so I was unable to remove/move the home button and camera from the damaged screen to the replacement. (I've replaced screens on a few previous Iphones so am confident in my ability) Decided to have it repaired by Batteries Plus (or We fix It).

Made an appointment online, saving $10 bucks at the suggestion of the service tech I spoke with. That was pretty cool. Besides that, they quoted a price and a time and delivered on both. I would be happy to conduct business with this company again.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone 5c. Bad news is that Everyone needs a new battery for this antique so I had to wait a couple of days until one arrived. Installation was prompt and staff was friendly. I heard that Apple was cheaper but the wait time was atrocious and drive time was twice as long. I'm satisfied.
