Pickup today is a joke here. Took an hour for them to bring my items out. Nobody said anything to me until I went up and inquired where my stuff was. Even after that it took another 15 minutes Save yourself the time and just go in yourself.

I had my sister with me who just got out of hospital from having back surgery, but had to stop at Walmart to get a few things> she rode the electric cart and wasn't a loud to leave the store with the electric cart. so there was a altercation with one of the employee who was very made that she had to ride the cart to the car and came after her with abit of an altitude. So my question is that she is only handicap while in the store and at the door she has to manage on her own to get to her car. All the male employee had to do was come outside with her to take the cart back in. This store on Wetmore and first is the only store that has a problem with the electric cart. It's not like they were busy and had to make a fuss about the cart. He follow us outside to our car and was verbally letting us know the whole time that he wasn't happy with us.

Their pick up here is horrendous. It’s about a 30-40 minute wait every time I come. I’ve had several times where I’ve checked in and sat and waited and waited, the app says I’m checked in and someone will be out shortly only to have to call and hear them say I never checked in. Every time they see I’ve checked in and apologize. This is why we pay a little more and go to target. They have the most convenient and fast pick up service.

I hate Walmart because they do deals with companies to be the exclusive retailer, then they cancel pre-orders and have inconsistent stock. Target does the same thing and doesn't have any of these problems. That said, I found some rare exclusives here recently.

Never understood this company. Had a gift card with the receipt and it still wasn’t working. The cashier tried unable to make it work. a few days later went back to Walmart. Went to try it and I ended up getting the same person. They could not get the gift card to Work even though I had the receipt for the gift card as well. I ended up just donating the gift card to the store. The lady told I was not allowed to do that and kept trying to hand it back to me, so I just paid my debit card and walked out. So again, Walmart got a free gift card that apparently was against COMPANY policy for me to leave it and walk out of the store.

There was workers that actually went out of there way to help me. I wished I would have gotten there names they were the best. Not like the Tucson store I shop at were no one knows anything. Sorry but it's true.

Pickup
The Walmart pickup is usually great! Today, though, it was a terrible experience! The pickup was at 4 pm. I called to let them know I had arrived for the picked to which i was im formed it was delayed, and I should've checked my messages/emails. I checked my email and messages, and I did receive both a message and email, both sent at 4PM at the time of pickup. It is very unprofessional for a large corporation such as Walmart. The store then stated it was the customer service who had caused the confusion once calling them (customer service) they resolved the issue but the issue still remained if the pick up is delayed send the message HOURS in ADVANCE not at the time of pickup. Customer service even stated the store had sent the delayed messages, not them, so it was a lie to cover up it. Anyone can understand delays but communicate that! Very disappointing. Along with the associates who tried to blame the customer and customer service.

10/10 worst grocery Pick up wait I've ever experienced I normally go to cortaro where I wait no longer than 15 Mins on a busy day but here I waited almost an hour and a half

I purchased a Wall Mart money card in 2021 it never would work and the balance would be 0. Four times they sent new cards finally in 2024 the card worked once and then went to 0. The original card had 500 on it they charge about$ 6 a month service fee for a card that never works. It is unfair to charge a service fee for a card you can not use. This is an unfair business practice. I have a choice and l made it to stop being a loyal customer and l am kicking them to the curb. Who needs Wall Mart ? No one, their prices are not competitive. The veggies are old and God only knows what's in the hamburger. No longer a loyal customer l switched to Costco and Target. Bye Bye Wall Mart a bunch of theives.
