This evening (May 30 8:30pm) watched checkout operator Vanessa as she so patiently interacted with a shopper who paid for her groceries in quarters. Her kindness and respect for customers was exemplary. She even chased down the lady after the shopper had forgotten a bag of items. So encouraging to see such great employees!

Store deserves no stars! Staff is completely rude, doesn't want to do their job,asking for receipts although they watch you like a hawk at self checkout! SPECIAL THANK YOU TO KIANA FOR THROWING OUT MY BLIND FATHER because he didn't present to her his receipt after leaving self checkout! One thing about Walmart employees they hate their job so much but refuse to find somewhere better and take their nasty attitudes out on shoppers! This store is headed for a LAWSUIT!!!!

This is my local store, but if I have time I will drive to the El Con location or order through the app. Every time I step foot inside this location, nothing is stocked properly or priced correctly. The shelf will list one price and it will ring up a different price. Today, I had to go to this location and the same thing. I even took a picture of the product stocked on the shelf, but wasn't honored the price. The lady in front of me had a clearance item and they wouldn't honor it. Customer Service was definitely lacking from Bob and his direct supervisor that was hovering over his shoulder. I feel the best option for shopping at this location is through the app for pickup. At least you always know what the price is for what you are getting and the customer service in this aspect of this location is pretty awesome.

My experience with the customer service desk was HORRIBLE!!!!! They do not answer any questions with other than ,”It’s our store policy”. They would not even provide help to find locations until I spoke with the Manager who was a nice young man.

It's a Walmart grocery store. The experience varies by how busy it is. Staff are friendly. It's Post Covid, so they have most of the things you'd need, but just like every store, you might not find everything on your list.
Google asked for update, was pleasantly surprised the store was opened on a holiday. Found everything on my short list.

Beware! This store sells old Product and when you come bring it to their attention, They don’t care. They shrug you off Like you don’t matter. Horrible Customer Service. Won’t shop here anymore!

First visit to this location. I was very pleasantly surprised how nice the inside was. All items I was looking for were in stock and a few that I didn't expect. Nice experience.

This Walmart was a marketplace only. At the time of day I went it was really busy but I still was able to check out pretty quick.

Avoid this Walmart. The staff is listening to headphones while checking you out. And flirting with each other, so gross.
Especially when it’s the managers . You need security to walk you to the car. Safety first.
