Make sure to waste as many plastic bags as possible when you go here. If you do, you'll be treated respectfully, but if you don't, you'll be treated like a criminal. Not sure why they have self-checks at all if theft is a major problem at this location.

Laughing at customers by blue haired lady at door. Very rude employees. They lock the door 15 minutes early & then try to be rude to the people just running in because they’re frustrated with the people shopping 20 minutes after close. Not right to lock the door so ahead of time & guard the location lol. Change your close time if you don’t want people shopping before close. Hate coming here. Very rude Walmart location- specifically blue hair lol.

One of the worst wal marts in town homeless on side walks following people to cars begging being rude. Definitely needs better security they are just playing on phone driving cart around mean while your dealing with the crazys yourself.... GHETTO MART!!! Bentonville need to check it out it's bad

Now the laundry detergent is locked up because according to the bouncer: "the store would literally be emptied out if we did not lock up stuff." Seems unlikely. Zero managers present to answer my complaint at noon on a wednesday and rude person at service desk said she did not care if I never came in again. This is a horrible store with nothing but horrible employees enforcing horrible policies they claim are from corporate.

Magpies is really went Downhill. I've been living in this house for 11 years. One of the only pizza places I've ever ordered from. Lately My pizza,
are burnt cold and soggy. I'm gonna quit using magpies.

While not my regular store, I've never encountered any issues here.
The adjacent neighborhood is in obvious decline, homeless are everywhere and the area is rather seedy. It would seem that everything of elevated value is locked away.
The store was clean, will maintained and free of any noticeable defects.
Some members of the staff were warm, polite and friendly while others were short and dismissive.
Over all, while not unpleasant, certainly has a unique unsettling vibe to it.

I was almost physically attacked in their parking lot last week. When I asked for a manager this morning, she 1) looked like one of homeless people that hang around by the dozens 2) never asked ME about the problem, and completely ignored me 2) when I identified myself as the customer, she started telling me she wasn't going to even listen to me 4) when I put my hand up to tell her to stop talking, I'll never step foot in the place again she 5) started yelling at ME and I immediately went into full drill sargent mode to shut that abuse down immediately, then LEFT.
IF YOU THRIVE ON RANK MANAGEMENT INCOMPETENCE and love being treated with absolute contempt, THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP.
This place only serves masochists, everyone else, LOCK YOUR DOOR at Ft Lowell and First.

Had a horrible experience. I am a hard working dad and I was right before payday. I took in the last $10 I had and I went to get a case of Hugs for my son and a case of water. All came out to $9.34 so I thought it was perfect. Put the money in the machine and it miscounted, came out to 3.60 or something close. So I call an associate and they went to check the cameras and the machine and they said that I didn't pay the full amount and refused to let me leave. They offered to refund me but only the $3.60 or so the machine counted, so they didnt solve my problem, instead the called me a liar and said all i put in the machine was what it counted. I will never be going back to this wal mart and it is because of the people. Corporate better fire these incompetent employees they have working here, an empty parking lot would have better customer service than they have there.
