If I could give zero stars, I would. They hold legitimate prescriptions hostage even when they are NOT BEING FILLED EARLY. They are rude and DO NOT understand what a severely, debilitatingly painful disease WITH THE PAIN UNTREATED can do to someone's physical, mental and emotional health. They DO NOT care. You have absolutely ZERO RIGHT to play God with people's lives, nor do you have any right to practice medicine without a license. Because this is what they are doing. My doctor knows all about my condition and health history and has assessed me - have they? Have they done the procedures he has done and seen the damage riddling my pancreas? No, they have not. My doctor agrees that I need this kind of medication for my severe pain, and he wrote a legit prescription. Holding it hostage is in effect practicing medicine without a license, because for whatever reason, the pharmacist has decided that I don't need the med. HOW DARE YOU?

This pharmacy is the worst. They call you to tell you the prescription is filled but once there, many times it is not. They never call when they do not carry a prescription. I have talked to others and they say the same. Lazy pharmacists and clerks. Get the place out of the neighborhood. They are worse than CVS.

Horrible customer service!!! They sent 3 small children away because they didn’t take their insurance for the COVID vaccine. I drove 1 1/2 hours with a scheduled appointment to be told they didn’t take my insurance. I never was called to be told this or anything. The horrible women behind the counter didn’t even show any sympathy when I explained why we had to come so far and was now crying. This is a pandemic in the making yet again. I will NEVER use Walgreens in the future. They are horrible!

Extremely lazy pharmacy department are endangering our children by not honoring vaccine appointments. Avoid this place, they deserve to go out of business.

Walgreens Pharmacy off Valencia and Cardinal at 2929 W Valencia Rd, Tucson, AZ 85746:Spoke with Crystal who was very efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I’m a Senior Citizen from Surprise, AZ moving to Tucson, AZ and she handled my call very professionally and was able to transfer my medication subscriptions to their Walgreens and even informed me that it was available for delivery to me. Can’t thank her enough for her kindness. Absolutely an angel ! Thank you ? so much, Diana Torres

HORRIBLE!!!!!Spoke to the pharm tech and was absolutely RUDE. From the moment she answered until the moment I hung up. Requested my meds to be pulled from another location because I travel back in forth from two cities and every time I had a question was “ya!” Before she confirmed that she could pull it, she said “wait” and what felt like 2 hours of silence was followed by a “ya!” And I said “Ya! What?” And she said “it’s done!” Just incredible how much touch with others we are loosing.

Wish I could give this place ZERO stars for their pharmacy. Go literally anywhere else if you need a script filled. Theyll either lose your script multiple times and or waste yours and your doctors time here.Seems like they just hire anyone to be the managers here. No customer service skills and extremely condescending and rude. You can't ask a simple question without getting major attitude back. Never complained once about the multiple mess ups this placed caused because I tried to be patient and understanding. I finally had enough and I became the bad guy.If the store owner had any sense they would get better employees. If the employees don't want to do their jobs they don't have to be there making customers miserable too.If you want to you have the worst pharmacy experience of your life then come here!

I do not recommend this pharmacy and or pharmacist.. Not only will he ask irrelevant questions but he will not have your script ready when him and his team say they will. Very very very horrible experience! That's 3 verys! Horrible experience! Not only will the main pharmacist ask irrelevant questions, he will also delay your script and will have his team do the same! I do not absolutely do not recommend this walgreens for any script!

Worst pharmacy ever. Never fill my prescriptions always some excuse. My Dr will call in prescription and they tell me I can buy it over the counter.
