Please don't allow this pharmacy to deliver your meds!! They contract out to Uber. My important heart medication never made it to me but was delivered elsewhere. A proof of delivery photo shows someone else's porch. Walgreens will not refill it for me- they say it's Uber's responsibility once they picked it up- and my insurance will not cover another refill for another month (but I can pay $715 if I really need it). Uber says I can't file a claim because I didn't order the Uber and it's Walgreen's responsibility. Just a warning! Don't ever have them deliver because they won't take responsibility if it doesn't make it to you.

Don't ever go to that Walgreens. It took me 40 minutes to get a Covid vaccine, after I had made an appt. I went to the vaccine line, and I was told to get in the regular line behind 3 people, then as I got to window... he asked if there were any prescriptions pickup... then proceeded to take the next 3 after me. So I was literally the only person in the pharmacy dept before I was able to get a vaccine.

Let me start off with this, I am a medical professional and know how stressful expectations of the field can be. I have never made a review or rating before on anywhere in my entire life. But this needs to be shared. My wife put in for her prescription refill 2 days ago. She stopped in today to retrieve it. The pharmacist was apparently off duty so I later went to retrieve it. They told me it was not ready yet and to come back in a half hour. I delivered my perishable groceries home, and went back out, the whole process taking approx. 20 mins. When I went back to see if it was ready the cashier (who was very nice) went to check if the script was ready. I heard in the background “30 minutes is 30 minutes, do they know how to tell time”. The cashier came to tell me to which I responded “oh I heard him, and that was extremely unprofessional, not to mention we put in for the refill two days ago”. Though he heard that he proceeded to then say “there, all done, with 8 minutes to spare” after completing the refill. It was at that point I spoke to the pharmacist about the lack of professionalism and courtesy. Unbelievably rude service by the tech. As a medical professional it disgusts me.

This place forgot my mom’s shower chair (who’s fighting stage 4 brain cancer). The “shift lead” Jayden told my mom “well poof be gone poof be gone!” As my mom was explaining to him on the phone of why she needed the shower chair (she can barely walk). I tried to explain this to David the store manager he just said he “just talked to him and he said he didn’t say that and I never seen that behavior from him” my mom has NO REASON TO LIE! Called the corporate number and I hope the district manager can assist further. I hope none of you that work here have to ever experience anyone fighting cancer or let alone, brain cancer.

Even though the drive thru was incredibly busy, the pharmacist took the time to let me know that the combination of drugs I had been prescribed was incompatible with my treatment. Thanks big guy!

My Dr called in a prescription on Monday, but this Walgreens couldn't get it filled till Tuesday late afternoon. They sent me a text that it was ready at 4:28pm, I got there at 4:45pm. I waited in line for 5-8 minutes while the pharmacist with the eccentric haircut helped the guy in front of me. When it was my turn the pharmacist looked at me and said sorry we're closed. I told him, But you just sent me a text saying my prescription is ready, and you don't close till 6? He never offered any explanation for closing early, he just said "Sorry we open tomorrow at 9," as he shut the security gate on my face. CVS it is from now on!

The pharmacist is a complete jackass , He had a major attitude he was rude about myself picking up my medicine. I told him i have NF and a sinus infection and the pharmacist said this is the last time I'm filling your meds. if that's how we are gonna treat people I'm Never going to that store again. Just Awful

This rating is for the employer (boss or supervisor!) A couple weeks ago When I went in store I heard the cashier getting lectured about work performance, and job duties right next to the till where customers coming in could hear it. It is unprofessional and messed up to do to an employee, the employee should have been talked to one on one not with an audience. I do believe the employee would be able to listen better with a different surrounding. I’ve seen the employee plenty of times when I go in there and every time I seen that employee that person is helpful, attentive, and nice to the customers.

The pharmacist was nice, which seems to be the exception lately. But holy cow this place looks like it hasn't seen soap and water for YEARS. There are dead bugs at the door, there is garbage all over the place, and two employees were just standing around inside. Gross. I'll put it this way: I'd rather pee in a bush than use the bathroom here, with how disgusting this place looked.

I had a surgical procedure at 0800 this morning. Before the procedure the doctor sent in a prescription for pain killers. At 2 pm, I called Walgreens on Harrison/22nd, the recording stated there was none on file. I asked to speak to a pharmacist who stated, She recognized the name when it arrived, then she couldn’t find it in the computer. I proceeded to call the surgical Clinic and was told they got a reply the prescription was delivered to Walgreens. The Surgical Center Advocate then called the Pharmacist and was told she would get it filled immediately, that was at 4:15. I called Walgreens and the automated (garbage) said it would be ready for pickup after 6pm. Their website states the pharmacy closes at 6pm.Having experienced the pharmacy closure, if you are waiting at the drive thru, (20 minutes, 4 cars ahead of you) and arrive at the window and it is 6pm, they shut the windows.
