I was told that he can't he can't open the store because there's no cashier but obviously you're the manager. You can start ringing people up like this is ridiculous. People have emergencies, and there's a whole line outside multiple people have left, very unprofessional that's about it. If you can't make it to work on time this is not the job for you. Walgreens in a whole has gotten so bad. I just remembered why I don't come here anymore. Poor customer service.

Get prescription meds here. Have tri-care so cost is minimal. Store has large variety of most different items you would want. It's clean. Get flu shots here. Lots of handicap and other parking. The pharmacist is very helpful.

On 5/14/22 between the hours of 1 and 4 p.m. i went to Walgreens to find rubbing alcohol for cleaning. The cashier at the front said it was his first day so he didn't know but he used his microphone to talk to the back employee who yelled out very loud, "It's on the back wall." So I went to the back wall, looked everywhere over the entire wall and could not find it. After about 10 minutes of searching I went back to the cashier who called her again. Same loud response, "It's on the back wall." But she didn't offer to help so I told her in a loud voice back I needed personal assistance in finding the items. She comes out of the back and points to the bottom shelf and starts to leave. I asked her please to bend and help me get it because I'm old and I get dizzy when I bend over. She reluctantly retrieved the item. I found both her loud, crude voice approach and her initial refusal to stoop reprehensible so I am writing this review to specifically alert Walgreens which clerk behaved this way thus the reason for citing the hour and time. Counsel this one because she makes Walgreens look very customer unfriendly.

Photo machine has been down for a week, all coupons used during that time they are not honoring and they are telling customers tough luck. Very poor customer service.
