When my daughter’s medications were called in from urgent care, Marta (the pharmacist) and Amoreena (the amazing tech behind the counter) helped us overcome insurance hurdles and ensure my daughter received the timely care she required. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I shop here often mainly for the pharmacy and household items here and there, the cashier / stocker John is very friendly and always has some new bit of information to inform us of when we come into the store. It's because of John that we continue going into that Walgreens.

Cashier began commenting on purchases and told me to stop standing with my arm crossed and to stop trying to be “tough”. Poor experience with staff.

I have spent a year trying to work with them yet every time I fill a prescription it takes a week to get it and they still can’t figure out my insurance even though I provide it every time I go in and it has not changed at all.
They’re constantly trying to charge me cash prices even though I have dual insurance. I asked them to talk to someone to rectify this and was told to call their 1800 number. Yeah, no.
Today Sierra was incredibly rude picking up my scripts when I again, questioned the $50 she was trying to charge me. Rolled her eyes multiple times and hung up the phone in the drive thru on me. My family will no longer be filling scripts there.

Always a pleasure visiting our neighborhood Walgreens, this location is always clean and friendly and prestinely stocked. Extra props to the employees stocking on floor and working in pharmacy. A fantastic representation of the Brand.

The cashier was super rude. He seemed like he didn't want to be there, and he didn't really want to help out customers.

I agree with so many. The sevice today was terrible. The counter staff ignored me and then was pained to help me. Earlier on the phone I got incorrect information from a muffled voiced guy. The drive up is better, BUT, only if it is a straightforward pick up.
Our insurance required a change from the good service at Walmart. What's with pharmacies.? Frye's is terrible if you have an OTC question.
Maybe we will try another Walgreens. I noticed I was irritable at the next stop at JoAnn's. Irritation begets irritation unless we make a conscience effort to override it.
A pharmacy interaction should not be adversarial!

This was made for a specific group of people (specifically the pharmacy) who meet the following: 1) Treat the employees like garbage. 2) Pull up in the Drive-Thru like they own the place and press the call button over and over. 3) Cut in front of other people waiting in line (because you're special, right)? 4) Lack empathy. 5) Cuss at and/or yell at the employees. So, in other words. NARCISSISTS Okay, first off: the employees here are amazing, kind people who work very hard and deal with people who treat them like they're at a Wendy's. It's not their fault when you don't have your medication because it has to be shipped. Americans are gobbling up pills (myself included) like never before, and there are shortages on some medications (especially medications prescribed for ADD/ADHD). They can not summon Voldemort to make it magically appear from the manufacturer. I saw so many complaints about that in the reviews, and it's ridiculous. You guys need to stop being so mean to the staff. Did they personally create a deficit of medications in this country? No. We did. I'm sorry to rant, but I've seen customers yell at these nice employees, and it makes me sick to my stomach. It needs to stop. It gets so busy at Walgreens at the pharmacy that it reminds me of my old job at a fast food drive-thru. I just want to say that the entire staff does an OUTSTANDING job. They have to juggle so many different tasks, all while impatient customers glare and sometimes yell at them. The employees always politely explain why its taking so long and that they are doing their best. I know how hard it is for someone to make you feel like you aren't even human, and you have to smile while you just get crapped on because someone is a psychopath and lacks all human emotion. You are all appreciated! Thank you! Also, the employees working in the actual store are always super nice and laugh at my dumb jokes! Very helpful.

The service is awful. Using their drive up window is like having root canal without any Novacane, painful. Going inside is not much better. So you pick your own poison sitting in your own car for a half hour online or go in the store and wait about 20 minutes in line. It’s a bad place to go when you need an RX filled. Stay away unless you really want to test your own patience.

Do not schedule vaccines here, staff is incompetent and will have to re-enter all the info you filled in to schedule the appointment. Should be fast and not take 15 minutes to get checked in.

Very disappointing experience at the pharmacy. I am a physician in town and have checked on many pharmacies in Tucson. This was particularly bad. Long wait line at pharmacy, surly employee who checked me in for a scheduled vaccine appointment. Another long wait for the actual vaccination. Spent more than an hour waiting due to inadequate staffing. My wife spoke to a manager who kept repeating that she had no input regarding scheduling. Note: I saw this same manager interact with another customer. She was officious and surly (much like the pharmacy employee mentioned earlier).Other pharmacy employees could not respond to questions regarding wait times. Two were questioned (they were together when the question was asked) but seemed pretty inept. They did not even know which vaccines they were giving.Overall, lots of excuses, little expertise, very questionable competence.

Kudos to the new pharmacist! He vaccinated my entire family today for the new COVID and flu, and administered the first dose of the shingles vaccine. The pharmacy was crazy busy, just a crush of people lined up inside, at the drive-thru, and the phone ringing non-stop at the pharmacy, but the staff handled it well and with smiles and he led the way. Thank you for protecting me and my family today!
