Wow they do NOT track prescriptions if send from another pharmacy. They don't have any way of knowing if ur medication is there. Then they will act like I don't have a valid complaint when I have been missing my medications for a week! I thought it was an insurance problem found out its been there this whole time! Then when I called they said it's over there when I already went there and was denied. I went over there AGAING and AGAIN they said they didn't have it. But they have it!!! Turned away 2 times. The manager said they have NO system to track medications at ALL besides a dumb email that no one will read. Without my meds I could die. They don't care. They were upset I was upset. NO ability to recognize the stress THEY failed flawed system CAUSES!!! Never in my life EVER again will I use this company. 5 times this has happened in 4 DIFFERENT stores because my work makes me travel. My advice is DONT EVER use Walgreens for medications if you can avoid it. If they are THIS incompetent over an inter office shipment who knows what other areas they are lacking. BTW the manager THINKS this system is sufficient and even had the nerve to tell me this never happens. 5 separate times from 4 different Walgreens PROVES she bold face LIED

Imagine if it was HER!
If ur going to be in medicine at least care a LITTLE bit lady.

My prescription was sent in at 1130 and was due to filled around 2 to 230. I called them and asked if they could help me out and get it filled ASAP. The lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and honored my request. She also looked for another store to fill my second prescription since they didn't have. Great customer service from all the ladies that work here

Horrible customer service! If I could leave zero stars I would. It’s crazy to not fill prescription when it is still working hours and that is why your business exists.

I unfortunately took too long to take the Walgreens survey but wanted to be sure I acknowledged the team at Walgreens Community Pharmacy. They are all respectful, courteous and friendly. Too many to name but on my last visit both Syreta and Danielle worked with me. I can't say enough about this team who are always attentive and kind. Thanks for all you do and keep it up!
